Ordered an entirely vegetarian order for delivery. A mistake was made in the kitchen where some ham ended up under the veggies on the pizza, meaning two individuals who are religious vegetarians got mouthfuls of meat on their first bites. The third person was too afraid to take another bite. Half the pizza was left untouched, so I called to get a refund, letting them know I’m happy to return the rest of the pizza, despite it being their sloppy mistake, allowing meat to cross contaminate a veggie pie. They refused to refund and didn’t acknowledge their mistake, saying they don’t put meat in the veggie pizza. Food is excellent, prices and portions are excellent. Service is polite, but inconsistent depending upon how often the one server is on her cell phone .

Wine selection and presentation is deplorable ( soured , $6 bottle at the liquor store in the same plaza, all open wines are stored in a refrigerator )

.... for an Italian restaurant that’s serves a delicious dish every time, I would recommend take out only.

First of all, bless this place for delivering to a rest area most places won't (Truck driver so we can't go down there). The staff was super nice and friendly, Eta for driver was right. Most importantly the pizza was a good pizza (More towards thin crust with a bit of grease but I love that) and buffalo wings was decent, Like everyone can eat them and not think twice about it (But to be clear im very picky on my wings).
