I have been eating bucks county biscotti for 8 years now. I used to buy the biscotti at the local coffee shop. I changed jobs and started getting the biscotti shipped to my house ($12 flat rate shipping). Most coffee shops that carry the biscotti do not label them as being from the company so check on their website to see if your favorite coffee shop carries them. My favorite is the plain anise almond. I now live 40 minutes away from Hilltown. Making the trip to the honor stand is worth it. $5 for about 8 biscotti. This is cheaper than buying the biscotti at the coffee shop or having them shipped to your house. I buy $20 of biscotti at a time. They keep for a while but you will eat them fast enough that none of them will spoil. I have tried store bought biscotti, biscotti from Italian bakeries, and making my own biscotti. One of the guys said "oh that's the bakery next door that makes biscottis and they have a shed you can buy some from for cash on the honor system ". So when I was done with business, I checked out this little local gem and absolutely love it.
