Hong Kong — Restaurant in Town of Kirkwood

My first time trying good at this restaurant I ordered General tso dinner combo and crab Rangoon. When I called and order it said crab Rangoon was 2.50 and they said over phone it was 5 dollars. what ever I went anyways and ordered when I got there to pay they inform me there they had no atm which they could have said over the phone that it was cash only. I was hungry and I’m out Of town for work so I Went and paid 350 to use a atm and was extremely Dissatisfied with the food. THE CHICKEN WAS NASTY AND I DODNT EAT IT The egg roll and crab Rangoon was cooked nice and light so I can tell they use clean oil but it was cold and bland. I would rate this place 0stars but one is the lowest. I hope they read this and make some adjustments as they lost a customer who would come back when at work due to convenience ...

My family and I have been coming to Hong Kong Chinese, in Kirkwood, NY for at least 30 years. The last 7 orders have been over cooked. I usually get the General Tso chicken, pork fried rice, and wonton soup. Anytime I order, the price always changes. I've paid $15, $17, and last night $23. over the last few months. My Dad will go and get me a meal occasionally, of what I eat and he'll pay $12 topps. I ordered last night, and halfway through my meal I felt extremely ill to my stomach. I laid down for a while, and woke up to vomiting. Needless to say, I have food poisoning. It's lasted 14 hours thus far. Unfortunately, my family and I will look elsewhere for Chinese food...

The customer service was great as was the food. The woman who took my order was very polite and friendly. There is a nice size dining area to eat. There was no wait for my order, I was the only customer inside. I actually went to the market next door to pick up a few things, got back and my food was just finishing up. Also they have some great Lunch Specials which only cost $4.99 but I lucked out. I arrived at exactly 3pm, which is the time their Lunch Special offers end. My only complaint would be that this place receives cash only. However, my luck changed, I ended up having the exact amount for my order...
