The vibe was so nice when we arrived. Can eat out or in. Wait staff seems young; friendly but inexperienced and lack of knowledge with what we might be interested in. We asked if it was like a patty melt, but this was not accurate. My brandy old fashioned was most likely out of a mix and I can tell these things since I bartend part time. Just not as good. Mushrooms on a burger are typically cooked. They get points for them being fresh, but they were raw on my burger like how I would expect on a salad. Waitress waited until we were almost done to ask how the meal is. But if there was something that needed rectifying, this would be too late. Fun little place tucked away in Lac du Flambeau. Lovely patio. In general the food is quite special. Wonderful build your own sandwich, breaded or broiled (chicken, pork, hamburger, fish). Excellent cheese curds and fried portabello strip appetizers. A house specialty, wild rice bowl with caramelized brussel sprouts and your choice of protein (I had a great salmon steak, but shrimp, chicken, steak bites and fish available) is incredible! What a fantastic meal at Harrison's Pub & Grill! Located right in the middle of the beautiful north woods, the atmosphere is as great as the food. We started with the onion peels and cheese curds, which were the perfect appetizers. The standout, however, was the incredible homemade Ranch dressing. It was so fresh and flavorful, and it honestly elevated the entire experience. For our mains, we tried the pizza, chicken strips, and fries.
