Cafe Corner LLC — Restaurant in Town of Lafayette

So there I was…on my way to work and fighting to stay awake from a long night out the previous night. As I walked into the shoppette to get an energy drink I remembered that I had given them up for lent. Now I’m left with a decision to make. Go to hell? Or try an alternative route for my caffeine fix? Upon exiting the shoppette so I can go to heaven, I spot a blinking open sign out of the corner of my eye as if it was an oasis out in a desert. I muster up the strength to make the long 15 meter trek to this little coffee shop tucked away in the corner. I open the door and tumble inside like a fiend looking for his crack fix. I was greeted by Fern and her sidekick Shaniqua. She acted as a caffeine pharmacist prescribing me a delicious White Chocolate Mocha. Obviously I upgraded to a medium size. Two sips into this magical elixir and I felt recharged like a Tesla battery. The staff was so nice and friendly and they had the perfect soundtrack playing in the background whispering sweet nothings into my eardrums. I can’t believe I did not know this place was here prior to this day. If it had not been for the bartender the previous night possibly over serving me, I may not have found this diamond in the rough. I love this spot. Coffee is amazing and locally freshly brewed. First few days I ordered the fresh brew and it made my day! I explored with ordering a capuchino with almond milk and sugar free salted caramel syrup, Fernanda managed to somehow make the milk nice and frothy! Great local coffee shop on Ft. McCoy. The owner and employees are a joy and the coffee is great. They also have bagels, toast, baked goods, and other drinks beyond coffee.
