Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Lancaster

I ordered a coffee, a sprite, 2 bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches, and a donut. I waited and watched 2 other breakfast sandwiches come out for people that ordered after me, many donuts come out, and when they finally asked me what I was waiting for after 10 minutes I'm told "we only have like half an egg, do you want something else on it?" ITS A BACON EGG AND CHEESE SANDWICH. WHY WOULD I WANT SOMETHING ELSE ON IT. So i receive a sandwich with "half an egg on it" and the "workers" complained when I asked for something else over a piece of bread with cheesy bacon on it. This is ridiculously unprofessional. Also, as I am writing this review, these "employees" told someone else that they have "half an egg" AGAIN. AND I COULD ONLY GET ONE SANDWICH? I'm...

Today, at 5827 Broadway in Lancaster, I tried the "new" sausage, scrambled egg croissant. Awful sandwich! Back to the drawing board with this mess. Here's why: scrambled egg is crumbled and pieces were falling out as I picked it up. Picking up pcs of egg from the wrapper is not good. Suggest changing your method to keep the egg together. It should not take almost 20 minutes to get through the drive through line completely unacceptable. What could possibly be going on inside that it takes so long to get 6 cars through the line?
