21 Gun Roadhouse — Restaurant in Town of Ledgeview

I went with my grandma for her birthday dinner, we saw a lady cleaning tables and asked her if we could sit anywhere and she said yes. We sat at a longer table, just the two of us, at the end so they wouldn’t have to clean the whole table. As soon as we sat down a different worker yelled at us how many people were at our table. We said two and she rudely told us that we were not sitting there and wouldn’t allow us too, smacking menus she had in her hands on the table demanding that we were sitting there from now on. We walk over to the new table and she said “I didn’t realize that I said anything wrong” my grandma said she was being rude. We said that a lady said we could sit anywhere, she threw her hands in the air and said “or you could have looked at the sign” and walked away. The sign in question was written in chalk and was barely there. As someone that works in a restaurant, I would never dream of treating a customer like that. You should be fired, and if you were the owner, I would be ashamed. But luckily we went down to Greystone down the road and had an...

The place was pleasant and clean. Rayn was the worst server. She arrived at our table after we arrived and got me a drink. When my husband joined me, she came back and got his drink order. She came back to the table a while later and took our order and asked if we wanted any more drinks: my husband ordered another. His drink didn't come: he saw Rayn standing by the bar talking with a coworker. He raised his glass and came over. He had to remind her he hadn't received his drink. Food was served and my husband was supposed to receive jalapenos and Sarachi sauce with his order. He asked Rayn if she could get it; she said sure. My husband finished his meal and when she finally returned (with no jalapenos or sauce), he said "don't bother with the items, he was already done eating". Tonight we tried out 21 Gun Roadhouse and their fish fry.

I had a whiskey rye old fashioned diet sweet was not muddled and unfortunately underwhelming and very very weak.

The deep fried haddock was three really good sized filets. They had a very nice, thin batter which was lightly seasoned. The batter kind of reminded me of the chicken skin from KFC’s original chicken 🤣 The filets were thicker and very well fried.

Speaking of KFC, the coleslaw was very similar to theirs which KFC has one of the best coleslaws.

The french fries were disappointing. They were soggy and bland.

Our server, Rayn, was fantastic. Very friendly and attentive.

We would definitely come back here for a fish fry again.
