Joey's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Lee

Three strikes and your out..... My husband and I have tried really hard to like this place. Have had multiple people rave about how good it is but after this last time we can not continue giving them our business. The few times we have had orders completely wrong or missing items, when bringing this up were told we are "short staffed or really busy". That fine, i work in the medical field and completely understand that. However this last time takes the cake,My husband ordered a large sub, gets home to find he got a small sub, called immediately to get to the bottom of this they stated he was only charged for a small but he order a large so there is some miscommunication going on. Then was told he can get another small and it will be ready for him in about 10 mins. He gets to joeys they try changing I'm for a large(mind you he has already been charge for the small). So after he explained to the cashier the situation they still charged him the full price for a small. When he should have only been charged a few more dollars to make up for the large that he wanted. Just completely unacceptable...

JOEY'S PIZZERIA is phenomenal!! I come here every week...even 2-3 times a week! They have awesome pizza, delicious wings, and their chicken riggies are to "die for!!" The service is great, and the owners are friendly!! The prices are reasonable, and they do their best to accommodate every customer!! GREAT RESTAURANT!! Obviously there's some nasty haters giving them one star!! Folks...ignore the evil haters, and their erroneous spiteful comments!! Hey Ryan Hance. How is Joey's still in business, you ask!? By serving GREAT pizza, wings, riggies etc with a smile ..that's how!! To be completely honest...I love it here, and so do my friends and family! Best...

We ordered two cheesesteaks (one american cheese, bacon, onions, and one cheddar mushrooms, peppers). Repeated the order multiple times and had them repeat it back. The orders written on the outside of the bag were wrong (bacon american cheese and the other was cheddar and onion). As you can tell, that was a problem. Once they were opened, they were more wrong. One was mushrooms, peppers and cheddar as ordered, and the other was mushrooms, onions, peppers bacon, and american cheese. Never again. I don't even understand how you would put a sandwich in the bag that didn't match what was...
