I had never been here before. I was always told great food at unbelievable prices. I won't lie. I ordered A super cheeseburger platter with a soda and a chocolate milk. The platter came with Fries and mashed potatoes. My son ordered the same thing except he didn't order it as a platter. So the only difference was he didn't get mashed potatoes. The price difference was crazy and our portions were the same. I'm pretty sure the potatoes were a scoop of instant potatoes. I was very underwhelmed. I order the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. Their price is no different than any other place and they were very brittle and crunchy. The outer breaded shell crisped to pieces all over the place. Between us we paid about a hair over $40. Could have gotten two nice burgers and a side of fries for less at Applebee's along with their mizz sticks. Again I was not impressed. I'd give the food a Grade of "B" the service I'd give an "A". The atmosphere is a B+ at best. Diner looks aged. Clean but aged. Not the best but not the worst. Over hyped though. And of course remember they only accept cash. So bring cash or a card...

We go to Flo's for brunch often. It's not a fancy place, just a diner where you feel right at home and comfortable. The service is quick and always exactly what we ordered. Much of the food is homemade and always served piping hot, and the prices can't be beat!! Waitresses are always friendly, efficient and attentive, and who can beat a 10 cent cup of coffee?? They even top it off as often as you like or give you another cup if you choose. They have a great selection of homemade desserts, including a good selection of pies, cake, and huge cookies. We love going there on the motorcycles during the Summer and Fall - it makes no difference if you're wearing a leather jacket and boots or are dressed up from coming or going to Church. Everyone is welcome and treated very well at Flo's. It seems you come upon the place all of a sudden the first time you go there, but you can't miss the HUGE rooster in front!! We usually go there for brunch, but occasionally at dinnertime and the food is equally as good. We've Never had a complaint about Flo's - give is a try - it's pretty much guaranteed you'll become a repeat customer!! Sharon...

White walls in dining room were dirty. Pepsi cooler storing pies had old pie remnants on the inside walls of cooler. Florescent lighting and old booth lighting fixtures doesn't help either. These customer visible areas give an overall run down and dingy feeling to this diner. They have a point of sale system but they don't except credit cards. Huge bright pink signs stating no credit cards excepted. Come on guys, build the 2.8% (cost to process cards) into your pricing or pass the credit card fees directly on to customers that use CC. Have a new employee weekly write a cleaning, organizing and improvement list to utilize your staff to help your business. While 10 cent coffee is a novel idea and your draw for your clients you should go to some of the busier diners around (finally ours, little gem, rise and shine) and incorporate some of their features to stay fresh and relevant in today's market. There are too many options around to not be impressed and satisfied with a dining choice. I hope you get it...

We really like this little diner. The food and the prices are reasonable and if you leave hungry it's your own fault. You can usually seat yourself at a booth, which are reasonably comfortable. The staff is always friendly and attentive. We don't live nearby so it's a nice stop off when we're out for a ride on the motorcycle. We often see othe couples that ride in too but it's not really known as a biker hangout. Its the home of the 10 cent cup of coffee. There's a large chicken out front that's a good place to take pictures at. Definitely worth giving it a try.

Such a nice local diner. We were in town for Thanksgiving getaway and this is the one with highest rating within less than 4 miles. Everything was good. We had chicken wings (10), clam chowder, fish platter, fish and chips, BBQ sandwich, $.10 coffee, $.75 hot chocolate, orange soda, and strawberry shortcake. One of the nicest little family-owned restaurants we have been to. It is particularly nice for people from Syracuse, worth the 25-min drive for them! (We are from Rochester which is 2 hours away).

I had a satisfying breakfast experience at this restaurant! During my visit, I decided to try Flo's Big Breakfast. The portion size was reasonable, and I enjoyed the choice between grilled or deep-fried home fries. I opted for deep-fried, and they were cooked to perfection, nice and crispy. Plus, the coffee was a steal at just 10 cents! While I haven't tried their lunch or dinner options, I can definitely recommend this place for a satisfying breakfast.
