Both inside sets of double doors at the main entrance need a thorough scrubbing. There were layers of grime on and around three pull handles on both sides of the door. I could barely bring myself to open them with my bare hand. I ordered my food and alerted the friendly staff of their oversight, and proceeded into the ladies room to wash my hands. The smell of sulfur or sewer hit me like a wave in the ocean. I held my breath and washed my hands in the filthy, grime covered porcelain sink. Looked at menu before pulling in. Asked for double bundle and was asked for a code. I don’t have a code and menu/site mentioned anything about a code. You have to have app or coupon for that code. So unless you have that code you can’t get several things that are on their updated menu! So double bundle is $19.99 with 2 whoppers, 2 fries or onion rings and 8 pc nuggets. I didn’t have code so couldn’t order that. I ordered two whoopers, fries and onion rings and it was just over $24? Ordered two whoppers extra onion and pickle. Drove all the way home to find out there were none at all. Drove back they fixed it but the burgers were ice cold and they put all the toppings on the bottom. Had to build my own whopper. Almost thought it was a joke. Incompetent is an understatement. Don’t go for at least six months until there’s a whole new crew in there

UPDATE: Went back to give them another chance as i was craving some mozz sticks. Got pulled to the parking lot like always waited 7 minutes for 8 mozz sticks that were cold as ice.
