Damn Yankees Watering Hole — Restaurant in Town of Liberty

Terrible awful service! Went there today with my family. We had to call a waitress over after seating ourselves, making eye contact multiple times, then waiting 15 minutes. The waitress seemed annoyed at every guest that walked in the door, and was the same for us. After waiting so long for service, we were not going to order drinks and then order food- we decided we better order all at the same time. I ordered a drink, a burger with a side… and an appetizer for the table. Waitress advised she would bring appetizer with meal. I said, “no, please bring appetizer earlier, as we just placed order for food with sides. We wanted appetizer while waiting.” She said ok. We got our drinks right away…. But 40 minutes later, still no food or appetizer. A different waitress approached 45 minutes later with food…. And appetizer…. Which we were all annoyed about. We had to ask for utensils, as none were given to us. We ate our food… which was good!!!!! But had to flag someone down for bill. Not once did any server come check on us, ask how things were…. If we needed anything (all our drinks were gone and we wanted another round, but at this point, we wanted out of the place!!) nothing! It was awful. We were looking to forward to an afternoon of food and drinks, but everyone there was beyond annoyed and gave no customer service. We were there an hour and 15 minutes, only to have one drink and a burger. Overall, the food was great!!! It was the employees that were awful. Mean faced and with no customer service skills. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience, we ordered breakfast seeing it was busy expected a bit of a wait. It ended up being over an hour to get our food, our server came back to check on us once and seemed confused why we were still at the table when we hadn't gotten our food yet. We ended up overhearing that the table next us whom ordered well after us, mistakenly got our food, as we had ordered similar items, but yet we were never notified. Once our food arrived to the table it was unfortunately disappointing, though I'm not sure anything less than fantastic would have made up for what had happened up until that point. Then we overheard the table behind us getting many apologies for their inconvenience, but again nothing was said to us even though we had an even longer wait. It'll be awhile before we're willing to possibly give them...

Went with group of 10 people. Waited over an hour to get food and it was COLD. Boyfriend got wings and poppers that were like they came out of the fridge. That cold. I got French dip and poppers. Cold again. Didn't get au ju, asked fpr it amd waited 5 mins, still didn't come out with it. Brought food in and asked again for au ju and to have them heat food in MICROWAVE BECAUSE IT WAS COLD. 2 people in our group didn't even get their food until everyone else was done 30 mins and that's because my boyfriend went in to get in. Terrible service. I wouldn't recommend this place and our group agreed we wouldn't be back. Oh and asked prior to ordering if they could heat a CUP OF CHILI in microwave, got told that would be an hour wait too. What a...
