Bakerville Bar — Restaurant in Town of Lincoln

Don't waste your money here. The owner certainly doesn't appreciate it. We went for fish fry; 2 adults and 2 children. First time here in 6+ years as we were in the area visiting family.

Service was pleasant but VERY SLOW. When the food did come after about an hour, it came completely staggered; roughly 10+ minutes apart. Food was mediocre at best; fish was over fried yet served with cold fries, also a burger that was still pink when ordered well and pizzas that just don't have good flavor; my guess is the crust they use.

Ohh and what ever you do; don't send food back. With everything wrong with the food, and the amount wasted due to not as ordered, cold or whatever, a pizza was the only thing complained about. (Hard as a rock and the only flavor was a burned flavor; even though it wasn't burned. I tasted to varify) maybe they need to clean their oven I'm not sure but YUCK.

When we told the waitress and she offered to replace it; the owner came out. Wow! He is a very unpleasant guy, and HE caused a scene!!! I will not...

Held my daughter's sweet 16 here. The owner was VERY communicative and knowledgeable about food estimations, etc. When I first called to ask about availability, he was very cordial, even giving me his cell #, so I could text him with additional questions. That level of service continued until the party was over and we walked out the door. I was very worried about having the party there (at a bar) when the majority of my daughter's friends came from religious families. However, parents ended up coming in and checking the place over, and commented on what a great space it was. We had music playing and volleyball nets were up. You can bring in your own food, which was a definite plus. We also purchased pizzas, boneless wings, and soda on tap from BSB. The pizzas were brought out, as needed. I ordered food through Door Dash. I was completely unaware that this was a bar. I was nervous when I read some of the reviews but it was ok for bar food. Not bad, not great just ok.

My order was correct and still warm when I received it. The portions are big. I was unable to finish it in one sitting. The cheese curds could have been a little crispier but everything tasted fine and I did not get sick. I won’t order again through Door Dash but I feel confident to order food if I was in the bar.

A small thing that I didn’t like was that it came in a Festival Foods plastic grocery bag. I think the bar should invest some plain generic bags to use. It would be more professional. Small things like that make a big difference when you are selling something many other...
