Luis's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Linn

Updated 6-18-2022 I have reluctantly ate her multiple times since original review, quality has continued to go down, chicken burrito is much smaller than used to be. And price increased. This place one of the only food service locations near work. I reluctantly still deal with the horrible service.

Advise against eating here!

Update 5-16-2020 I recently gave them another chance and order the Geneva burger. After receiving the burger it was not complete missing toppings, (they gave me a cheese burger plain) I called and explained the small mistake they had made. They offered me a complimentary Geneva burger for their mistake, today I ordered my burger and redemption of free burger, when I arrived they refused to correct their first mistake and then insisted I pay the full price for my burger I just ordered. They did not do ANYTHING for the mistake they made and pocketed money ift me for it. Originally they said I'd have a sandwhich, once lured me in for correcting their mistake they charged me full price and refused to right their wrong. Burger is dry, bun is burnt, toppings are wrong again.

They recently increased price on items and decreased the amount of food you get. So I'm now paying more for less food? I used to frequent this business 1 to 2 times a week, my employer is right down the road. I had lunch carry out from here regularly. I will not be returning. The company has lost my business. Which is unfortunate because 70% of the time they had...

We were really looking forward to the Luis pizza and wings special for our family dinner on our vacation. We were told that the delivery time would be about 45 minutes. After two hours and ten minutes we received our soggy wings and luke warm pizzas. I placed three phone calls to the restaurant to check in about our order and was told that the driver was on his way. When I explained that they had told me that the driver was on his way more than 45 minutes from my last phone call, they apologized and said he should be there any minute. I asked to speak to a manager at the two hour mark to complain and ask for a refund, I was told that we could only get 50% off if we still wanted the food and that they can't always tell how long the delivery time will be when they get an unexpected rush. I was astonished to hear that since most restaurants on Saturday nights should be prepared for weekend rushes. I know this because I've worked at several restaurants over many years. And to add, the pizza was not only luke warm, it was terrible tasting. Even my 7 year old who eats anything complained. We ended up eating frozen Totinos pizza for dinner. The tacos, however, were authentic and delicious. But we will never return due to the owner's response to our concerns to getting cold food and how off they were with the waiting time. After arriving at our Lake Geneva lodging and getting settled in late in the day, we found ourselves hungry. Not wanting a full blown meal we decided to try some appetizers from Luis's Pizza. The menu features many pizzas and Mexican food choices as well as sandwiches, wraps, burgers, appetizers and more. Quite an extensive selection for a little place.

We ordered from the website which was a bit tricky, for some reason, and since Luis's was very close to where we were staying we did carry out. Be aware Luis's doesn't have indoor dining. It's strictly carry out or delivery. They do have tables for outdoor seating.

I had wings which were good. Not the best I've ever had but certainly fine. The wife had fried cheese curds, okay I had few too, and they were very good as well.

If we find ourselves in this part of the world again I definitely want to try the pizza. We like to support local restaurants when we travel and Luis's is now on our list of places...
