Ordered from here twice. The first time we ordered we received soggy fries and one of our subs was missing the mozzarella we had asked for. Decided to give them a second chance and their macoroni salad was clearly old, the fries were cold and hard, my sub was missing lettuce and tomato, my fiances sub had barely enough meat and cheese to feed a mouse. But don't worry, he had a sub packed with lettuce and tomato. Go figure. On top of it, we waited over an hour for delivery and the woman taking our order couldnt do the job right. Pretty simple. I have been going here for years and the last three times the food was just not the same. Last week when I went in I gave the girl my credit card and she said it didn’t work and I said it Hass to work, she said it didn’t work! I told her to try it again and she seemed aggravated but she did try it again and said it doesn’t work and then told me I needed a pin number, I told her I don’t need a pin number it’s not a debit card it’s a credit card. Typically love this place, but whoever answered the phone for us today was so rude. I've always understood breakfast to be served all day there. We have a long history of ordering breakfast items at any time. At 11:45 am this morning we called and started to place a breakfast order for pick up, two items in and they said "I'm not wasting time making these things, we're busy with lunch" and then hung up on us.
