Went here a few times. Will likely NOT return.

Let me tell you why: first time I ordered I asked for romaine lettuce on my sub as a substitute to the far inferior iceberg lettuce (which common knowledge- there are no nutritional benefits to iceberg, plus it tastes gross). They took my order... BUT then, gave me a sub with iceberg! Okay? Not what I ordered. So the next time before going there, I called first to confirm. They said they COULD give romaine. Sub was good with this adjustment. Third time I called to make order they said the adjustment availability "varies" based on how much romaine they have "since it's for salads". I cancelled my order promptly and some other business will now get my money. I doubt they will run out of romaine lettuce today and even if they did, why not stock enough for both? "Salad only" lettuce is a joke. I even offered to pay more for the adjustment and they stillll wouldn't accommodate a customer!!! How they plan to stay in business with this approach to customer service seems questionable (since I would have willingly paid more).

I do not appreciate the tip jar on the counter stating "the GIRLS" will split. Um... Talk about a micro aggression towards the female gender. Pretty sure if she has a fuggin job there, that makes her a WOMAN. Unless you're hiring children? Oh? You're not? Yeah, didn't think so. I found it offensive. Like this place needs to get with the social and nutritional climate of 2017!!

Lastly, I was informed most items on the menu handout are actually more, but they have just not changed the menu yet because they want to run out of the old ones first. Tacky. Should have kept the old prices till you get new menus. But what do I know? I'm just a...

Updated on visit 12/7/24: We went for our Saturday morning breakfast sandwiches. Very very disappointed this time. I stood in front of the sign ... order here ... no one knew I was there until my husband (who was looking at the desserts) walked over to me. I gave her the order ... I could only see the top of her head because the half wall separating us is tall (to a short person). When we got home we were missing a sandwich. I called to let them know, explained the wall is too tall for them and a short customer. She offered to make one for free but I said no, that was alright. I told her I just wanted to let them know...her response...we will take it into consideration. I will keep my rating the same but it will be a long time, if ever, I go back again. 😒 On our first visit we stopped by to get dessert for Christmas. We bought apple, raspberry and pecan. Oh so good. On our next visit we had the breakfast sandwiches. 5 stars again. Then we decided on subs for dinner. Again...

We went here for the first time today, and we were very pleased. The chicken wing soup was amazing. I will go back for that alone. But our subs were delicious and fresh and filling. Although a bit pricey, its well worth it. The staff is kind patient and helped with our questions. The place is clean and comfortable. There are tons of yummy baked goods ready to take home and devour. We will be back often....and you should try it. You won't be disappointed.

Update!! Please don't go on website for menu prices! I had a bill shock when we picked up our order. Three subs and a package of cookies for 50.00!!!! The prices have gone up alot and my anticipated bill was so much less! But when you look on the website and press order by phone the prices are so much lower. Between 3-4$ more than the website! Beware! And there is an older woman that is very rude to customers! I read some other reviews and have talked about the rudeness. We won't return, what a change from my...
