Absolutely great place! Ordered the perch basket! Was so mouth watering and perfectly cooked! The batter is so light and yummy! Hubby had the smelt and yum! My cousin had broiled cod which I am not a huge fan of cod and even that was actually really good! There was a ton of celery seed in the coleslaw which I personally was not a fan of but everything else was on point! Will definitely definitely be back again. It an hour from our house one way and it is definitely worth the drive and time! The staff and servers were very polite and honest and on the ball with everything. Bartender was awesome also! We stopped in on Sunday for lunch. We both had hamburgers and they were very well seasoned and very tasty. This a very local bar so they did not talk too much to the outsiders. We enjoyed watching the woodpeckers feed at the suet feeders hanging outside the window. We would go back. Nice drive through the country to see the fall colors and a nice destination for a drink...
