I have gone to the Mohican Inn several times since its recent opening. I have been very impressed with their burgers and pizzas so far. The cheese burger I received the other night was delicious and exceeded expectations. That will definitely be my go-to menu item! My only negative comments are on the wait times (which I'm sure will improve as the business becomes more established) and the fries. I love fries but they have been dry and unseasoned. A little salt and a house sauce could work wonders. Really rooting for this business...

Very clean restaurant and comfortable dining space. They are impressive without overcompensating with a too-large menu. The food was fresh and extremely delicious. We had the Brussel sprout starter (yummy and perfectly cooked), the grilled chicken sandwich (herb aioli was amazing and a juicy chicken), and the caprese sandwich with a side Caesar salad (greens were fresh, crisp tomatoes).
