First thee biggest shoutout to Bret our (personal favorite) bartender. He was absolutely amazing. Friendly. Welcoming. Very suggestive of both the resort and the surrounding area. We will be regulars because of Bret alone. This man deserves the biggest raise and a paid vacation👏🙌! The resort was beautiful and very clean. We stayed in the hotel. Next year we're bringing a group and upgrading to a cabin. The pool parties were so much fun with amazing people attending(staff and guests) They had live music right there on their deck! Hot tub AMAZING! Food chefs kiss💋🤌 (get the Jack Daniel's Smokehouse burger🥴) our server was Dylan (I hope it's spelled right) Bret MUST have trained him because he was also amazing!! Now are you ready??? They have a gentlemans club RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET..(affiliated with the whole resort...sooo you know what that means GREAT SERVICE🥹🙌👏❤️❤️) and it was!! The club is called "Cruisin' Chubbys" and I won't tell you whyyyy they call it that, I'll let them explain it 😂 I'll just say its not because of the women. They were all gorgeous to say the least! Me and my man were ready to just move in😂😂Honestly I could go on and on about this resort. From start to finish it was everything we could've asked for in a vacation!! Well not sure where to begin was there this weekend with my family the place was great awesome pool they had a band going on but the staff needs to be reconsidered. Not sure how they will do that when they all claim to be the owners. I do know it’s family owned but not everyone can be the owner. It’s also sad that the staff has to constantly remind ppl that there the owner. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I witnessed a few of the staff members harassing a guest this past weekend. Not only were they harassing the guest, they physically assaulted the guest. I did not see the guest try and fight back in any way but I did hear what was going on. There was a large group of guys there I did over hear them saying it was for a Bachelor party but they seemed to be enjoying them self and when one. Then I witnessed a staff member physically assaulting the guest, who did not even put up a fight! I later seen about 4 other owners (supposedly) continue to harass the same guest at his site! We were staying in near them. I’m extremely disgusted by they way staff or and owners can treat there guest. All I can say is that they need to get off there high horse and lay off the power trip because that is no way to run a business. I will never be going back and I will be recommending that people stay away from there. I hope that guest presses charges they do have cameras he does...

Went to Edge O Dells for my birthday dinner with another couple tonight.

Drinks took a little time to come out. Each round.

When the food came out, the sides on two plates were flopped. 2 different burgers and one w chips and one with curly fries. She set the plates down. We noticed the food was flopped and so did she. My fiance's chips were on the other couple's plate and vice versa. She acknowledged it and said she'd bring a plate for the fries to be slid off the plate. We asked that the other couple just get fresh fries brought out and she charged us 3.99 for an extra side of fries that she put on the wrong plate. I attached the receipt to this review. Then, my mayo was forgotten. I don't use ketchup, I asked for it and she went to get it but served 3 other tables and yet again forgot about my mayo. I eventually had to get up, go to the bar and ask for it. She definitely acknowledged my frustration.

Food was fantastic. Music was good, but the sound definitely needed adjusting. Service needs some efficiency improvement. It was steady but not full busy, so there's no reason. People were just served out of order for no reason and should never have had to pay for a...
