Kelli's Deli — Restaurant in Town of Maine

I don't even think this place deserves 1 star. Placed an order over the phone, mind you during a pandemic. Upon asking to pay over the phone I was told she couldn't do that. When I asked why she said cause she was busy with customers. Now mind you I was sitting out front and there were two cars. Didnt see anyone go in and seen one customer come out. Went in and questioned why they said they were busy and didnt see anyone. She become even ruder. When I asked the managers name I was told that she was cancelling my order. Now mind you I am a person who has breathing problems and can't wear the masks for long periods of time. So paying would take mins off me having to wear it. If you are going to remain open during a pandemic then at least have some compassion for people. We don't need the disrespect like this. On another occasion she was rude again with my daughter and her friend. The woman they spoke with wouldn't even give them a menu. They were told to look it up online. When coming here be prepared to not be greeted in a timely fashion, and to be treated as an inconvenience for coming. Recently stopped in to grab a couple of suns for lunch, around lunch time, deli was deserted, proceeded to wait for upwards of 5 minutes before anyone even came to register, when help at last arrived, no apology or explanation, tried to ask a question, this was taken as my purchase order, employee went into back without saying anything returns about 5 more minutes later with a sub.
