THE GOOD: The food was good. I ordered a wrap and chips. They allow dogs in which is cool, and they had a live band. THE BAD: The chairs and stools are very uncomfortable. It was also very warm inside and uncomfortable. Air conditioning would have helped. THE UGLY: The pretentious, condescending, and obnoxious beer snobs. I asked if they have anything that tastes like Labatt's Blue, as I like a pilsner. The guy replied, "We have nothing that tastes like Labatt's Blue. We have real beers here!" I then ordered something "light" which tasted like a regular beer with a small amount of cigarette ashes in it. The guy at the counter might want to realize a lot of people don't like craft beers as they are too hoppy or just taste bad. Will I go back? Probably not. There are many places in Utica that have good food without the snobbery.

Charming little brewery off of 12, I can see why this place is popular with my coworkers. There's a wide variety of craft beers available on tap, and the kitchen offers a small, functional, food menu of hot and cold items. You could say the food has character--since each item is named after characters from The Office. The waffles I ordered is The Kevin, which I recommend, and it was paired with North Star cider. The cider is dry and refreshing. And if you're waiting for food or bubbles, they have fresh popcorn near the door. The staff takes extra care to make sure glassware is clean, kudos on that. They have a patio and tables outside, but, until our weather permits outdoor seating, real estate inside could be a problem. They use Square payments, so cards are accepted.

Came to watch a band (Uncle Charlie & the Meatballs) & get some food. There was no table service (mentioned at the door). Band & steak sandwich was great. As the band started the food line went out the door. Once the band started you had to wait in line at the register to get a drink. My party didn't appreciate that. Maybe they were short staffed but it seems like their system. Glad I got my food early. Suggestion-get more registers. Good acoustics, what appeared to be acoustic panels installed throughout. I will definitely come back, just be warned.

This place is a nightmare. Lets start with just finding it, if you have never heard of this place you would never know its there unless you were looking for it. There is nothing inviting about the front of the building either.

The bar staff is snarky, rude and arrogant. The kitchen staff seem burnt out, tired, stressed and overworked which melts over into their sweaty interactions with customers who they have to serve the food to (which seems odd as the bartenders seem to stand around doing nothing except being absolute snobs, and mostly drunk, and I've never been to a place where the kitchen staff serves the food).

On to the food: the food is lackluster and unoriginal, it all tastes like it comes out of a box or can and is way too expensive for how boring it is.

And the beer isn't even worth discussing. In conclusion, bad environment. Bad food. Overworked kitchen staff and overpaid bartenders. If I could leave a negative star review I would.

EDIT: Its a great place to park your trailer, to go to better places.

RESPONSE TO OWNER: The unprofessional response from the owner is all I needed to see to cement this a as a bad place to go. Assuming somone is a violent customer because you have no record of someone with my name being there (res wasnt under my name or card) is very unprofessional. And from the looks of things the owners never take kindly to negative reviews immediately attacking the person instead of asking how they can improve. Seems like the owners need to be humbled a little. Also, if there is people throwing glasses at bartenders it seems you are bringy in a trashy crowd and I think I'll avoid that with my family. Best of luck.

UPDATE 2.0: Not sure who Bill is and what he has to do with my review but this place just keeps getting worse. Went back to give it a second shot and the service was exponentially worse I have little else to add to this, except do not go here, and don't leave a negative review they will belittle you and accuse you of being someone you are not! Also hearing your staff talk about how poorly they are paid and how little this place makes during the winter doesn't...

June 4, 2019 Our family (over 60 people) gathered at Woodland Farm Brewery on Memorial Day to welcome home our son, daughter in law, and meet for the first time, our granddaughter from Australia. What was planned as a “meet and greet’ evolved into a beautiful day of families coming together and lingering over great food and beer. This was due to Jeff DiCaprio, Taproom Manager of Woodland and the details and prep he did to make this gathering so memorable. Jeff prepared plates of delicious, fresh wraps, salads, fruit, snacks and a special plate of PB and J’s for the little ones that were also popular with the adults!. Jeff gave the “OK’ to my bringing in some “family favorites” from the outside. In addition, he labored to make the terrace so pretty, planting pots of bright flowers. He set up tables and umbrellas and a canopy in front. There is ample room for any games, as well as corn hole. My family is all craft beer enthusiasts and they were very complimentary about the variety and taste of all the craft beers and specialty cocktails. I can’t say enough about this setting and the special service we received. I highly recommend Woodland Farm as a venue for any type of gathering. It is an ideal location and you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again Jeff. It was...

Great place if you love beer, awful if you want anything else. The wine was from one of those little plastic bottles you can buy from a 4 pack from the grocery store. The nachos were insulting to be frank. They cost $10 for a small handful of Tostino's chips with a tiny amount of "beer" cheese (it was actually nacho cheese from a jar). I brought this up to the guy taking orders and he literally agreed with me that the nachos were a rip off. I would highly suggest taking your business elsewhere to an establishment with quality food for a lower price.

Edit: The response from the owner should show how unprofessional this establishment is. Because I gave a bad review to somewhere else that somehow makes this review illegitimate? I've given dozens of reviews, some of them are bound to be bad. The majority of my reviews are 3-5 stars, so what does that say about your establishment that was so bad it warranted me taking the time to leave a bad review? You didnt even deny that the nachos were Tostino's with cheese from a can. Your own worker admitted the nachos were subpar. Maybe address the problems with your menu before you try to shrug off...
