Kenny's Lawton Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Town of Martell

The food was excellent, my daughter's company is always enjoyable & when I say company, I'm not talking business, I'm talk leisure time spent together. The waitress & I believe cook too, was very helpful also. I just ordered appetizers, but the chicken buffet that I noticed after I ordered, smelled out of this world & when I say out of this world I'm not talking about aliens, I'm talking really really pleasant to the smell & taste buds. I've had the Chicken Buffet before too. The waitress was probably over burdened & was not able to answer the phone right away & there's nothing worse than the sound of an unanswered phone. Ring, ring, ring, that's all you hear, like a women in love that's never happy until she is tied up to just one Man, dare I say her heart is now owned by one person in promise. Not to be long winded & it's nothing to do with food, but it was always a hangup of mine when people engaged for some reason change their mind. It's usually just one person changing their mind, breaking someone else's heart. Wasn't meant to be, was never enough for me. Back to the matter at hand, it was a very pleasant experience, at Kenny's Lawton Bar. I would definitely recommend it to someone else hungry & in need of salvation from a broken heart. Been here a hand full of times for food. The menu is fairly big for a bar. The appetizers are good, especially the poppers and cheese curds. The burgers are huge, taste delicious, and are fairly priced. The fried chicken is some of the best I have had anywhere. The only thing that didn't stand out was the fries, they were just average fries.

I’ve had a lot of soul food and their kitchen holds it down well. The bartenders are always friendly and the prices are very economical.
