Subway — Restaurant in Town of Menominee

I am amending my rating from several months ago as this place has gotten far worse. First of all, there was only one staff serving customers. The wait time was excessive as customers were backed up. Secondly, they were out of 3 items on my order of the Black Forest ham, egg, and cheese. They were out of whole wheat flatbread, they only had egg white, and there was no creamer for the coffee. So unless you want to torture yourself with this ridiculously subpar restaurant, GO ELSEWHERE!

Here is my previous review: This is the only other food option in Keshena other than the casino. Typical Subway restaurant. You have to watch the attendant carefully when they make your food order. I ordered the Black Forest ham, egg, and cheese. She forgot the egg - one of the most important parts of any breakfast item. I agree with most of the reviews that the service was terrible. I was there once recently with a very nice girl who was courteous to me and to the elderly lady in front of me. I have been in this location a few other times where there is a male employee that is always disgusted and mean. Also, they are often out of multiple items including bread. There have been times when there was only white bread available.

Also, I tried to do a survey with my receipt, but it wouldn't work. I e-mailed the regional manager directly and he or she did nothing except say they were sorry and something along the lines of "that's their policy." I think it was copied and pasted from other complaints they had to deal with. I really wish we had other places to eat around here...closer...

Some glaring issues with the app, connectivity and communication of preferences via the app.

When ordering in-store, they meet all of my requests for toasting the bread plain, cut into 3 pieces and even throwing some eggs on at the last minute - with a smile :-)

However, ordering via the app leaves much to be desired. The food quality has been inconsistent. I will say, the manager reached out to me regarding my concerns and did say that he would follow-up...
