I am amending my rating from several months ago as this place has gotten far worse. First of all, there was only one staff serving customers. The wait time was excessive as customers were backed up. Secondly, they were out of 3 items on my order of the Black Forest ham, egg, and cheese. They were out of whole wheat flatbread, they only had egg white, and there was no creamer for the coffee. So unless you want to torture yourself with this ridiculously subpar restaurant, GO ELSEWHERE!

Read moreI agree with most of the reviews that the service was terrible. I was there once recently with a very nice girl who was courteous to me and to the elderly lady in front of me. I have been in this location a few other times where there is a male employee that is always disgusted and mean. Also, they are often out of multiple items including bread. There have been times when there was only white bread available.
Also, I tried to do a survey with my receipt, but it wouldn't work. I e-mailed the regional manager directly and he or she did nothing except say they were sorry and something along the lines of "that's their policy." I think it was copied and pasted from other complaints they had to deal with. I really wish we had other places to eat around here...closer...
