R W's Place — Restaurant in Town of Mentor

Not the type of place I want to give my money to. When we visted they had wounded stray kittens inside the bar people were smoking in, and no food or water for the kittens that they were attempting to SELL. Aside from the fact that its ILLEGAL to have cats in a bar, they were ill and in need of veterinary attention. I offered to pay for/ take them to the vet and was responded to with incoherent yelling and rudeness from the old woman server, as she turned the music up.
