WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! We were starving, wanted to try this pizza so bad. ROUGH from the start! Walked in at 6pm, it was hotter inside than outside. Walked to the counter, waited for 3 other customers, started to place our order and the girl finally asks us if we were dining in or out 🙄. So we Sat at a table, same girl finally comes over (We're 20 min in now). Asked if they cooked the shrooms, curds and rings in the same fryer as chicken. She says"yup". So that's out (we are strict Vegetarians, cross contamination isn't good). We ordered 1 small veg pizza, 1 small billy bread. 20 min later, (looking at about 45 min now) the server (very nice, and not her fault) said "the kitchen lost the ticket, I gave them mine, their starting the order now". Wife and I looked at each other, then looked at our very hungry 6 year old. I said "1 more screw up, were gone" predicting what was to come. Keep in mind, people have entered, ordered, eaten and left already, our order just got started. So, a good 15 min later the server walks back to the table with one platter, the billy bread. She looks at us and said "I know u didn't want it cut, and I told them, but they cut it anyway". I stood up, Wife totally understood, 6 year old agreed, WERE OUT! As strict Vegetarians u need to ask urself, how many meat pizzas have they cut without washing that same cutter? We even bring our own utensils, same reason. So ended up at the park, broke out our grill, made a great dinner (late), and saved ourselves $50. They never apologized, never tried to get us to stay, never offered anything for their screw ups. Not sure what their day jobs are, but it's definitely NOT making pizzas, customer service, or expecting people to come back. A kid threw up on the carpet floor. Instead of cleaning it up, they placed a towel over it and left it. We will never be back...

Went out to eat with a family of four for dinner around 5pm. Wasn’t busy yet as there were four or more tables open. Yet we were here for over an hour and a half
Once seated by a server, she let us know the other server would be helping us.
The good and the bad:
Starting with bad - Order taking: when ordering a beer on tap, we were told they were out. I later learn that they had bottles but this wasn’t mentioned. Not a big deal, and Pepsi and pizza sounded good. Then when ordering an app, we were advised to order pizza right away as this can take 30 minutes. Strange for making pizzas, but okay. One pizza and one calzone ordered.
Then it got busy. All tables were sat and occasional lines for pick up happened. We then noticed multiple tables being served their order while we waited. After an hour of waiting, and some trips to the counter to ask for drink refills, we get the pizza but no calzone. This was forgotten late and came at least 15 minutes after the pizza. To top it off, the calzone ingredients were wrong, so my daughter didn’t eat.
After telling them that we were not going to pay for this mistake, coupons were offered first but eventually had it removed.
Service: one star
The good- This place smelled amazing walking in. It’s just how a pizza place should smell and you’re instantly curious about how good the food will be. The decor was great, from local historic logging pictures to hockey memorabilia. Clean and well organized.
Atmosphere five stars
The pizza was great! Great flavor, tons of cheese and the toppings were fresh. Not something I typically comment on but the Pepsi was good too. The mix was set right and not watered down (looking at you, all fast food places).
Food four stars...
Read moreIf you want really fantastic Pizza this is the place to be! Our only complaint would be that we walked in and wanted to order a pizza to go. It was around 4:10 in the afternoon shortly after they opened. It was already several guests dining in. She told us that it would not be ready until after 5:00 because we want to take out. So I kind of giggled and I said how long would it be if we sat down and stayed here and she said 15 minutes! Now I do understand the logic because you don't want to take a whole bunch of take out orders and not have enough room in your oven for the people dining in because then they would leave bad reviews that it took too long to get their pizza. However I do think they need to find another way to manage everything and make everybody happy as hard as that may seem because all we did was wait for her to deliver it to our table, we both ate one piece each and then we asked for a to go box all grttingbus out before 4:50 p.m. so I guess you could say we essentially found a workaround that still got us on the road and got our pizza before 5:00 p.m. which is how long she said it would have taken had we simply waited for a...
