Pizzalano — Restaurant in Town of Mohawk

So September 27 I bought a large pizza which cost 23.22 has I walk to my vehicle my pizza fell out of box on to the ground and in my vehicle went back inside and they argued that I’m one who dropped it . from and they would not refund my money or make me a another pizza . They wanted to pay to have another one made . Now I’m 61 years old on ssd so that money is gone and northing to feed my family. But while I’m there purchasing my pizza, they were very friendly calling me sweetie. Until I dropped the pizza outside in the parking lot . They didn’t even try to fix but said u dropped it not us. These people are all phony . What it would cost a few dollars to make another one. Never will buy from them again....

Friendly service when I picked up. Exactly what I ordered and was made incredibly quickly. Adding them to my list of favorite restaurants based on my experience. They do New York Pizza right. I ordered their pepperoni pizza which was delicious, I couldn't even finish their medium. I also ordered a massive pepperoni calzone and mozzarella sticks. All of which I'll be eating on the next couple of days. The portion sizes are large, the food and quality are top notch, the staff were great, and it's in a really beautiful part of the state. 10/10

Ordered from here 3 times and will never order again. First time my subs were not made right. 2nd time was charged for but never received garlic sticks these were replaced on the 3rd visit however the calzones are extremely thin crust and very soggy. Called all three times and got an apology 😒 what customer service way to take care of your customers. Never even offered a credit, remake,or refund. I work in fast food so I know things happen but you need to fix it,not for me though because I will not be ordering anything...
