The location was nice, in a rest stop plaza. They were cash only, which is fine. I was ordering with my mom, and we ordered to hot lattes. When we got the drinks, one was iced. No biggie, simple mistake so I told them it was supposed to be hot. Then they argued with me about how that’s not how we ordered it….??? Okay?! Regardless, I’m asking you to remake it (I know it doesn’t take that long, I work at a coffeeshop) but the young girl was just very rude. She like chucked the ice drink into the trash (kind of aggressively). When she gave me the remade hot drink I said “thank you and sorry about that” and she didn’t say anything and turned around and walked away. Like I said, I work at a coffee shop, small business, but still. I get being overwhelmed and having to deal with customers but I would never act that rudely right in front of them. Despite some early morning challenges—like credit card machine and digital menu board being down—she was calm, upbeat, and completely on top of things.
