Horrible Bad experience all around Only good experience was the server who was absolutely wonderfull We tried to give this place two chances and after the second time and not getting our meals for 1 1/2 hours after we placed them with our server and then trying to just discuss my concerns and issues about my dinner and my experience and it resulted in the owners Getting very quite frustrated with me (Even though I was truly being kind and patient and not being nasty or rude I didnât swear onceâs or even raise a tone to my voice, even though I had every right to after my experience, I guess being 29 I know how to act more mature and handle things a bit better than a 30 something naybe 40 something year old Business owner, I was told that I was wrong over four seperate times and occasions, no matter how I calmly or politely I tried to explain to him I had just wanted the food that I had ordered and asked for, and was kept being met with bickering and rudeness and saying âwell donât know what to tell you!?â You could just apologize sir for my experience thatâs really all I would have liked was a tiny bit of consideration and understanding, after a minute I realized I wasnât getting anywhere with him (the owner) and he just wanted to bicker and blame someone else at that point.. I really do believe the owner need to set clarifications of his staff members and mangers as none of them are even fully aware about allergyâs and how serious food allergyâs are, I ordered gf pasta and never got asked if I have an allergy if it was an intolerance or a severe allergy Nothing regarding any type of allergy However the owner says and stated to me PROFUSLEY MANY TIMES (and made it very firms and clear) THAT ANY PASTA dish that is substituted for gluten free pasta and stated any and every time you order gluten free pasta the whole entire dish will end up being gluten-free. However, they have four pasta dishes, and two of them are not not even able to made fully gluten free As one of them is meatballs and pasta (meatballs 99% of the time contain breadcrumbs which contain wheat? Manâs the other you canât get gluten free is pasta with stuff rigatoni (I know that rigatoni isnât gluten free) So I was very confused and still bit confused when the owner himself told me that I was in the wrong multiple times despite how many restaurants Iâve worked and prepared food in, never have I come across where your whole dish automatically becomes gluten free and the every pasta dish if replaced with gluten free noodles âis automatically prepared as a full gluten free containing meal I donât know what to tell youâ âthats just how it is hereâ But how do you do that when there is already wheat in the meatballs and wheat in the rigatoni noddles themselves?? I asked the owner that himself also and he refused to give me a any answer what so ever that we placed our meal ordered our dinner at 6:30pm and I told him I had been waiting an hour for my food and itâs already been messed up twice and he proceeds to argue with me and get a bit rude and says âwell I donât know what your talking about because your order didnât even get put back and received to the kitchen until 7pm Mind you we got there and ordered our DINNER food with our server at 6:30pm when she brought out our appetizer Mind you I have picture proof of the exact time the server brought out of appetizers and he just continued to bicker back and forth it...
   Read moreCame in for an early dinner on a Saturday night after a game to give the place a try and based on our experience that night, we won't be back.
Service was very slow. Took over 15 min to get a waitress to come over and then bring waters to the table. At this point the main room was maybe 1/4 full. We ordered our food and it took another 45 min to come out. During that time our drinks were empty and zero table visits from the waitress.
When the food finally came, two of the orders where completely wrong but the waitress just dumped and ran. When she came back 5 min later and we told her the 2 wrong dishes, she took them back and said i'll get this fixed real quick. We asked for drink refills as well. 5 min later the wrong sandwich (BBQ Chicken with fries when grilled chicken with mac salad was ordered) came out for the table next to us. I could here the guy complain it was stone cold. The correct sandwich for my wife did come out a few min later. Meanwhile three of us ordered plates, all had red hots on them and a few of them where left on the grill too long and burnt in spots. The tots on the plates where also luke warm and overcooked as well. 10 min later more drinks where brought to the table and we where told the other order was coming soon. 15 min later it finally came to the table but at that point the rest of us had pretty much finished our meals. The replacement order had the wrong sauce and missing the blue cheese dip requested.
Took another 15 min to even see the waitress to get her to come to the table. At this point we where so done and wanted the check - that took another 10 min. At this point the dinning room was maybe 1/2 full. The whole time you could see 3 more waitresses always around and doing take out orders - ours was like a ghost. When the bill came, we where charged extra for some items on the plates but it was not worth the fight, we paid and left never to return.
The place was very loud with loud music being played at the bar. Seems the bar and takeout for the locals seemed to be the priority...
