Great place! Friendly people and wheelchair accessible. Sherbet and sherbert are both frozen desserts enjoyed for their refreshing qualities. Both contain fruit flavors and a slight creaminess, achieved through the addition of fruit juices, sweeteners, and sometimes dairy or egg whites. The primary distinction lies in their spellings: "sherbet" is the more widely recognized term, while "sherbert" is a variant often influenced by regional dialects. Despite this difference, both terms are used to describe the same frozen treat, highlighting the flexibility of language and its ability to accommodate various pronunciations and spellings based on location and culture.

Pretty nice (but crazy busy) place. Asked for a large coffee with cream. They asked me to pull aside to wait. I assumed they had to brew some. 2 minutes later a girl comes out with an iced coffee. I said I ordered hot coffee with cream. She said “oh, we don’t serve hot coffee any more because so few people order it”. Ok, but then why is there literally a glowing LED sign in the drive thru that depicts “a steaming hot cup of COFFEE”! Duh. Then turn your silly coffee sign off, people!!

I’ve been going to Rocky Road Ice Cream for years, and they never disappoint with their wide variety of flavors and options. (See the menu pictures I attached) Parking is never an issue, since there are several spaces. The same goes for seating; they have tons of tables and chairs—perfect for families and friends looking for a way to cool down during the summer. The service is efficient; the maximum wait is around 3 to 5 minutes, depending on the number of people.

Saw a customer had rated this establishment very poorly. From what I got from the review is that it was likely a very hot and busy day at the start of a season and that new staff was not readily prepared. I understand his frustration to an extent but seasonal jobs have an initial learning curve you need to come to expect, especially on hot stressful days. That aside I had a great time, my cone was not sloppy, my dipping was very solid and the cone held up just fine even though it was a medium and took me time to finish. I felt the place deserved another chance and I am more than happy with my experience.

The crabby reviewer speaking about his stained shorts and car seat, to you I ask..... What the heck do you expect sitting inside a hot car on a hot day and why are you adding the possibility of dripping ice cream to your driving. You sir are a driving hazard and should learn to sit down and enjoy your darned ice cream you...

I would give them a zero if I could! Horrible customer service. The young little manager needs to realize what it means to be a manager. Because her mother owns the place does not give her the right to have a cocky entitled attitude and the mother should be ashamed of herself raising her child to think that that's acceptable. If a customer has a complaint you should take it as knowledge not use it as a power trip. So disappointed that we stopped there and wasted our money! Beware. If your food is not what you thought it would be, it is YOUR problem! THEY DO NOT BELONG...
