Duck Creek Vineyard & Winery/ Denmark Distilling/ New Denmark Brewing Company — Restaurant in Town of New Denmark

I went to the Duck Creek Vineyard & Winery, 5046 County Rd R, Denmark, WI 54208 with my wife and another couple a few weeks ago on our way to Manitowoc for the weekend. Well the wine on sampling is good but we had a major issue with the corks popping, or being forced out of the bottle. I called the Vineyard and was basically told "I test for that and we have never had it happen. Sorry I don,t know what to tell ya". I know what to tell ya! Don't buy wine from some one who will not stand by their product. I make on average 30 gallons of wine a year at home so I know how to store wine and I have had corks pop in the past usually due to the yeast re activating. If you have the Blackberry look out! I hope the other bottles in the case of wine we purchased don,t pop their corks also. I put only one star because the system would not let me...

This was a great place! I drove by all the time and had to stop with the wife this time! The wines were all great, meads too! The moonshines were super! We bought the cherry and salted Carmel they both were out of this world! Not much alcohol taste, but they weren't overly sweet either! Beer looked really good but I didn't get to try any.. I wasn't too thrilled about the spirit parts, but in a bit of picky...

I love this place! Have only been there twice so far when driving through but it’s definitely a hidden gem:) The staff are always super friendly and personable. And as far as I know it’s the only brewery/distillery/winery in Wisconsin … one stop shop! The outside looks a little like an auto repair but it’s very quaint and cozy inside:) make sure you try...
