Track 32 Italian Pub — Restaurant in Town of New Scotland

I have no earthly idea why there are reviews under a 4. To start, the atmosphere is amazing! Vintage wooden dining tables, warm lighting, not too dull nor bright. Floors were clean and so was the kitchen. Music included, Frank Sinatra, Chuck Berry, Nirvana, and much Italian. Pleasantly surprised! I was quite happy to stumble into such a hidden gem. I travel the country for work and was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and taste. Families seemed happy spending time eating with their children. I ordered the special of the day only because it sounded amazing! BBQ pork shoulder marinated in BBQ sauce, topped with bacon n ham n cheese. It was somehow even more delicious than it sounded! Believe me, I've been let down in BBQ joints ranked in their states. Definitely not the case at this Italian pub! I also got the pepper jack cheese bites with a raspberry sauce. I felt the sauce overpowered the cheese sticks, so got the marinara. The waitress offered even before I asked. Perfect combo! I've had many a marinara, this was definitely up there! I want to eat more just to try everything! What a treat for locals and those of us passing through! I'd DEFINITELY drive an hour outta my way to try more of this zenfully yummy...

Horrible experience. Bartender got the martini wrong. Did it extra dry instead of extra dirty, then messed up the beer selection twice. Two orders of food came out and right before they came out the kitchen told the server they were out of a ham for the grandfather sub for our friends order so they had to order something else and wait and watch us eat our food since the kitchen did not realize right away. The melba sauce is very watered down to such a point, what is the sense of having melba sauce? The salads are lackluster for 12 dollars. Not once were we offered even a free drink or apology from the manager for our friend having to sit there and watch us eat our food waiting for there's to cook. (They ordered a salad after since they didn't want to wait to long, the salad came out with a slab of chicken and just lettuce. Very little ceasar dressing. Very boring for 12 bucks) will not be returning sadly due to obvious poor management. The server was the only good thing about this place as she was very nice and apologetic. Sad management did not come over to apologize as well for all...

Had never been here before, but saw some family members had, so decided to give it a try (we were visiting)…What a great place…great food, friendly employees, nice atmosphere..Something unusual happened while we were there that stood out and demonstrated how nice the people are..this poor lady setting on the bench right behind us dropped her wallet and reached down thru the opening of the bench to try and retrieve it and got her arm stuck….it took about 4 waitresses and maybe 10 minutes to get her arm unstuck and I crawled under the bench and got her wallet for her…really a memorable experience and I bring it up only to tell everyone how well this restaurant treats its customers…they went out of their way to comfort her and lessen her embarrassment..(She sort of panicked and that’s why she had so much trouble removing her arm….Something like that could happen to anyone and they made her feel ok about that)..This is a place that deserves your business so give them a try when your...
