This place would be good for the occasional adult meal out. But not as great for a family. I know, it's a brewery, but it also has a kid's menu. Positives: Western Burger was delicious. Burger patties look to be handmade. Drinks are locally sourced. The place looks amazing! The live musician was good. The country setting is pretty and the outdoor seating is nice. Grilled cheese was grilled perfectly. There was a changing table in the women's restroom. Friendly staff. Didn't have to wait very long for our food. Negatives: The live music was SO LOUD there was no way we could eat inside with the kids or carry a conversation in there. And the restaurant was almost empty, so it's not like it needed to be that loud. The menu is really small. A few appetizers, couple basic salads, few burgers, few chicken sandwiches, few kid's options, maybe a couple soups, and that's it (from what I remember). The smashed red potatoes were nice and crispy but I didn't taste any seasoning so they were pretty bland. Grilled cheese seemed to be made with cheese product. The Asian burger we ordered had a hair the first time (so they took it off our bill and were apologetic and I know, it happens) and the egg whites were undercooked the second time... Discovering slime dripping off your burger when you've almost finished it isn't really appetizing. So they have a lot of potential. Hopefully their menu expands over time. If we go back, it would be for lunch instead of dinner.

After spending the day celebrating a friend’s 30th birthday, we were looking for a place to wind down and enjoy some drinks to end the night. We were in the area and searched for a brewery to visit. We had never heard of Live Edge and didn’t know anything about it, but we decided to give it a shot. After a drive down some long and dark roads, we arrived at Live Edge, a veritable oasis of light and activity in an otherwise very quiet area. We were very impressed with the decor of the outside and were equally impressed with what we encountered inside. Due to the current environment with COVID, we elected to enjoy our drinks outside on their comfortable set of outdoor furniture. The staff was incredibly friendly and the beer selection included some well known favorites along with some new brews we had not tried before. All in all, we had a blast at Live Edge and will definitely be making a trip just to visit again. While other breweries closer to Buffalo tend to garner more attention, if you’re interested in craft beer, make the drive out to Burt and enjoy a nice cold beer at Live Edge. Hopefully you enjoy it as much as we did!

Wonderful experience! Staff and atmosphere is like being at home. Perfect place for a date night and excellent selection of in house and local craft beers. Highly recommend the burgers 🍔 and the smoked wings, for appetizers we had the pretzel sticks and fried pickles, HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL OF THESE ITEMS! Staff is practicing social distancing and sanitizing constantly so we felt very comfortable during our dining experience. It’s amazing that Burt NY has such a wonderful hidden gem ❤️.

Was one of my favorite places to stop but no longer. Stopped in for a beer on Feb1 and was greeted by an entourage of wait staff asking me if I had a reservation. I of course did not just for a quick beer. The bar was full but there was almost nobody seated at the numerous tables in the place. After a long wait I was offered a table near the bar but was told I had to be in and out in 30 minutes. I told my partner I wanted to leave but she wanted to stay and told me to stop being so nasty. Agreed to stay and eventually found one open seat at the end of the bar and pulled an extra chair up. At this point masks were mandatory unless seated so I had my mask off sitting in the full traffic lane of all employees coming and going from behind the bar while trying to enjoy my drink. We probably stayed an hour and not one of those reserved tables were filled. 3 days later I tested positive for COVID. 3 days after that my partner tested positive. We both missed a full week of work and I was in pretty rough shape until now, 2 and a half weeks later. I'm not sure what power trip the wait staff is on but I know I will NEVER GO BACK. For a place in the middle of the boonies you would think they would want more customers, not...

We got there and asked to sit outside and were met with resistance. They didn’t seem happy to let us sit outside. We had a child with us and asked for a high chair and we not offered a kids menu. We asked for one twice before we were given one. They brought out the food and immediately dropped the baby’s food. We ordered and told them exactly what we wanted and didn’t want and they put stuff on our food that we didn’t want and when we asked for a remake we were met with more attitude and resistance. We didn’t like it and simply asked for it remade without the mayo that we never wanted in the first place. Immediate attitude from the serve who chose to fight with us instead of just offering to remake it. Brought the new food back out in Togo containers and with the bill instead of letting us eat here as planned and FIVE minutes later while we’re still eating out of Togo containers rushed us to pay. Negative attitude from the minute we walked in honestly which was so disappointing. The servers ruined the whole experience for how pricey this place is. I don’t recommend at all. Servers completely ruined the whole experience which was dinner after a wine tour to celebrate...
