update June 18, 2020 ,decided to give this place another chance today. I walked in and we all know how small i t is in there. There was one customer and HE WAS NOT WEARING A MASK. I GUESS MAKING MONEY TRUMPS HEALTH SAFETY AND THE LAW, NEVER COMING BACK!!!!!Was stopping every other week for purchases. With the COVID-19 getting worse. Taking a page out of the Federal guidelines for pickup only at restaurants, I figured what a great way to avoid other customers and spreading/getting the virus.. So I picked up the phone and called Niagara Sausage March 30-2020 to see if I could order ahead and then walk in and just pay for my purchase, keeping everyone safer. The said NO , that was not an option. Anyone who has been to this shop knows 2 people in the waiting area is all that can fit for the 6 foot separation WE ALL NEED. needless to say I will not set foot in this shop again and will pass this story on in my travels, BE SAFE EVERYONE! First time at the NSC ,ordered a 6 lb bone in prime rib roast. They gave me the Christmas special price (as I told them we celebrated Christmas that week) which was very nice of them. Couldn’t be more happy with this establishment. They’re always fast, friendly and the meat is leaps & bounds beyond anything you’ll find in a major grocery chain. I will NEVER buy steak from anywhere other than here, as long as they’re in business & I’m alive. It’s juicy, packed with flavor and some of the cleanest beef flavor I’ve ever eaten. I always ask for extra-thick NY Strips and they’re ALWAYS more than happy to accommodate my request. What's best is, the price is basically right in line with what you’ll pay in a major chain. It’s a tiny bit more expensive, but you can literally taste where the extra money is going. Absolutely mouth watering! Lest we forget the sausages! We’ve ordered the Chicken Fajita sausages twice now, and my fiancé is hooked!! I just ordered some of the broc & cheddar and Im excited to try them. This hidden gem!!! My family has always gone here for many years, but since I live in Buffalo I never knew about this deli. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. As soon as you walk in you are treated like an old friend! The selection is great from frozen foods, to deli meat, pork and chickens cuts, spices and the best sausage around!
