This restaurant is not only gorgeous, but very tasty as well. It’s located inside the Old Westbury Gardens so the cafe is surrounded by old growth forests and the worlds most beautiful plants. The cafe has a selection of pastries, sandwiches, salads, drinks, and desserts to choose from. They are a little on the pricy side, but completely worth it for their quality. The ingredients are ridiculously fresh and well balanced, nothing in the dish is out of place. The drinks are cold, refreshing, and handmade, but probably too tart for children or those with a sweet tooth (I thought it was perfect for the hot weather though). The staff is kind and has plenty of recommendations, they even saved the bag I accidentally left and placed it behind the counter for safe keeping. Overall, this place is a must stop if you’re in the garden and it’s worth coming into the garden even just to eat. I will definitely be coming back here again.

Quaint little cafe right on the groinds of Old Westbury Garden's. Lots of outdoor space to social distance. Ordered a cold brew and white peach/lemonade. Both very refreshing. Reasonably priced at $5.

Beautiful shaded area. Plenty of tables. A nice selection of teas. The sandwich I ordered was delightful. The menu is just right, so you don't have to overthink it. The restroom was close.

It's a cafe at a museum. Just as you'd expect, a complete ripoff. Cheap sandwiches you'd buy at a supermarket and then charge $10. I bought a corn beef sandwich that looked like the type or sandwich your mother would pack for school lunch. And was $9! What the hell. It was a small size, bread was thin, barely any mustard or other sauces on it making it very dry and hard to swallow.

Museum cafes always take advantage of its location. DON'T be fooled. You may think "Oh, it's not about the food, it's about the experience eating in the wilderness!" Yet, you ALREADY paid for that experience when you bought your ticket.

Just get in your car and drive to the nearest dinner to save money. Museum cafes bet on your laziness, don't give in. This place is nothing but...

Great cafe in Westbury Gardens. This is a great place for a delicious bite with a beautiful ambiance and very spaced out tables (all outdoors) for a covid safe eating environment. I got the strawberry balsamic salad. The portion was very generous. Finished it before I could snap a photo! They brew their own fruit iced teas. I got the white peach Arnold Palmer. Yum! This is a reliable lunch spot for families and it was a great spot for my 3 month old ......
