I was a regular customer and purchased their whole milk every week but after having to throw out four bottles that went bad 11 days before the expiration date recently, along with the awful customer service, have had enough. I contacted them to let them know I was a big fan of their products and that the milk I was purchasing was going bad well before it should. Their "Home Delivery and Wholesale Rep", Crystal wrote me back and told me the following...
"You should first reach out to the market you are purchasing it from and see what the coolers temps are and where they are getting our products from. We have distributors that deliver to local places and I want to make sure that from the time our drivers deliver to the distributors to their customers the products are being handled correctly." Really? I should reach out? I would think it would be her job to reach out to the store as the Whole Sale Rep and try to find out what is going on not me. I then wrote her back after having to throw out two more bottles this past weekend; one of which was brand new. I took the time to send a photo and an email and she didn't bother to respond. Needless to say I would expect better customer service when a loyal customer is taking the time not only let them know I enjoy their products, but also let them know there are issues with it going sour well before it should. Not only am I wasting my money but my time writing them and getting no response.
I am now purchasing Ronnybrook Farm which is much better quality and I have never had any issues with it spoiling...

If you havenāt experienced King Brothersā milk, ice cream, or meat yet, youāre in for a real treat! Everything they offer exceeds expectations ā itās fresh, flavorful, and unforgettable. Their ice cream, in particular, is the gold standard for what refreshing, indulgent ice cream should be. The customer service is just as impressive. The staff are genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Plus, their generous hours of operation make it easy for everyone ā whether you're an early bird or a late-night snacker ā to stop by and enjoy. Fair warning: once you try it, youāll be hooked. Their convenient hours make it all too easy to keep coming back for more! Now, if I had to mention one tiny downside (which really isnāt a complaint), itās that facility tours are only available to college and university groups. Totally understandable ā but after tasting their incredible ice cream, milk, and meat, I couldnāt help but wish I could meet the cows and see where the magic happens! My advice? Come hungry and be ready to treat yourself. And whatever you do, donāt leave without trying their legendary āJust Take My Moneyā ice cream ā the name says it all, and itās...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis local dairy has FANTASTIC MILK. It's always super fresh, with a very long time before it expires, and only costs $3.50 a gallon. But that's really only the beginning. They've got great ice cream, with lots of different flavors, and it's all made right there. They've got every kind of dairy product, from heavy cream to a variety of cheeses. They have fresh cider donuts in the fall and egg nog during the holidays.
I use the place as a convivence store. Check out the freezer for tasty local products. It's located very close to Schuylerville and Bacon Hill, and if I didn't need gas, I'd never have to go to Stewarts or Cumby's again!
I highly recommend King Dairy, they're always friendly, you can wave to the cows that gave you your milk, and everything they sell is...
