Bad customer service. I purchased a brownie sundae and the soft serve ice cream had a gritty texture, the brownies were extremley hard and overall inedible. Dissatisfied I asked to exchange for another flavor was told no. I had maybe 3 bites by the way. Then asked for a refund and was also told no because I purchased on a credit card, had paid in cash then I would have been refunded.
