Salvatore's Old Fashioned Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Ogden

EVERY time I ordered from this location, they got SOMETHING wrong, and I had to call back for the correct order. This happened about 8-10 times in a ROW before I gave up. The most recent time (and last time I ever order from Salvatore's), they messed up my wing order. Ordered honey garlic online, got garlic parm wings instead (which is disgusting to me because their garlic parm wings are just wings in a pool of butter with a light dusting of cheap parm). Called the store and spoke to the manager to correct it, and he was incredibly rude. I could not get over how poor this guys customer service is. He blamed me for the error for ordering a sauce they do not have, even though it was available online. No one called to say they did not carry this sauce. He said they always just send garlic parm instead of honey garlic, and that I am the ONLY person to ever call about it asking for a different type of sauce (because their garlic parm sauce is absolutely disgusting). In the end, they offered to bring new wings, but demanded that I give the driver the other wings so they could toss them in the garbage instead of me I suppose... Whatever. We LOVE Salvatore's in ANY other Rochester location but this? ! They literally bought a Salvatore's and have no love for the place or care in the world of how to run it. When we called to order for delivery, a child was screaming in the women's ear who must have been her kid. Why is your kid there? We spent over 40 dollars to feed our family. Our salads were so stuffed, we couldn't put dressing on them. The lettuce was old, soggy, discolored, warped. The cucumbers (they told us they didn't have any) were old and soggy.. almost pickles. Also came with toppings I did not ask for. Mozzarella stocks were cold. Cheeseburger plates were cold. Barely any fries or Mac salad. No toppings when we asked for all toppings. Chicken wings were thrown around on delivery run because spice was all over the bags.

Atrocious. I know it's only a greasy food joint but jesus Christ. Either have done work ethic or close your shop. Never ordering there again and I'll be telling others to avoid the place...

Called this morning to get 2 Buffalo Chicken Wing Wraps Delivered to my house. I gave him my address that was 7 miles from this location. He said he wouldn’t deliver but yet has delivered to my friends address before that was 9 miles away. I even offered to TIP them a high amount over the phone & he said ok. He went ahead with the order asking me what specifically what I wanted, what the total was, I gave him my Discover card over the phone to pay & he said it was complete & it’d be 45min. 2 minutes later I get a phone call back from his manager Joe saying we can’t do it. I’m frustrated they’ve delivered before, farther than my location, & lied to me with placing my order & the manager hung up the phone on me. I’m very disappointed because I love the food & that’s why again not only was I going back to them, but even compensated on spending more money for them to drive out closer than my friends house & yet they still didn’t do it.
