It says breakfast all day on their menu but they wouldn't make a little kid breakfast at 11:15am. The cook says she doesn't make breakfast after 11. She proudly said she "makes the pancakes from scratch - it takes a while" (we were the only people there and pancake batter takes two minutes) and asked us if "we wanted to clean the pan" - what a joke. We won't be back. Also, she doesn't make basted eggs for some reason. And she replied saying that there were 4 tables there, no there were 4 people there. Myself and my daughter and two elderly folks already eating. So that's one lie. She also said that they don't serve breakfast after 11. Lie number 2. It's posted right on your website. ALL DAY BREAKFAST. Imagine being a shop owner that thinks the customer is a waste of their time. Can't spend the time to clean off their own flat top and make a single pancake. Instead asking the customer if they want to clean their flat top. Yelling at the hostess. Not knowing how to make a basted egg. I didn't ask for a poached egg. Even if I did, you can't make a poached egg? What a terrible experience.

The Spot 2 Be is a Great Little Hometown Restaurant in Olean, NY where you can sit down and have a nice home cooked tasting meal for a decent price and also have wonderful service!

Went there today for lunch. I hat the Texas hots and fries, which was good. Our waitress was friendly and tentative. I would definitely go back, it's a great little Diner.

So I was on a road trip and decided that I wanted breakfast and headed towards Moores pancake house which was supposed to be on my route to my destination to Olean. It was not took me 40 minutes out of the way and When we got there even though it said online that it was open it was closed so what a waste of time. By the time I got to Olean I was starving pulled into The Spot 2 Be Restaurant and at 1st thought maybe I should go to Perkins. It was a small place look like there wasn't much Room and it was a little run down but I said you know what sometimes you never know and went in. I waited to see if I needed to be seated and there were 2 ladies behind the counter very nice and told us we could have a seat wherever we wanted we sat next to the door in a small booth for 2. I kind of giggled and said I heard this was the spot to be. The lady behind the counter said you be the judge of that. As we waited for our food we look around it's a very small place with only a few tables and a few booths. Our food comes out and Oh My God!!! did it look amazing. Every single thing on our plates was wonderful Taste amazing fresh just fabulous we were both extremely shocked. I will definitely be going back even if I have to take an hour drive to go there lol. Trust me looks are deceiving this place is amazing you need to try it if you haven't.!! And customer service was...

I got the loaded homefries. It was pretty good. Homemade biscuit was fluffy soft. My eggs were perfectly over easy, and the potatoes were tender and grilled just right. The only complaint was the sausage gravy. Though I'm biased because my homemade sausage gravy is hard to beat. Oh, the homefries could have been seasoned more, but I understand keeping it under seasoned for people who can't have salt and stuff, so no big deal. My husband got the biscuits and sausage gravy and a texas hot hotdog. He was impressed with the texas hot. He said that it was not too bad and coming from Olean, that's a compliment. The lady that took our order was so kind. If more people were like that, we'd live in a...
