McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Onondaga

This place is a joke. The service is terrible, the employees are obnoxiously rude, and by the time they straighten out the mess they made with your order your food, that you did get, is cold... I have tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt several times and the same thing... Drive thru takes an eternity and they rarely ever get your order right. Took almost 45 minutes to get my messed up order straightened out last night, especially since the rude and incompetent drive thru attendant forgot to give me my receipt. I went inside to straighten out my drive thru order, since going back around to the drive thru would have taken FOREVER. First, It took someone forever to acknowledge my existence. Then, when one girl asked me if I was being helped I let her know that I had not been helped and what the issue was. I ordered (2) 20 piece chicken nugget meals, amongst a few other things, and only received one 20 piece. The drive thru attendant quickly and rudely jumped in and asked if I had a receipt. I let her know that she failed to provide one to me at the window. She then stated she would have to go look up the order and then commenced to going back to the drive thru window to take more and process more orders and did NOTHING about my order. Another 15 minutes or so went by with me standing there and the initial girl that asked me if i was being helped, once again asked me if I needed assistance. I was stunned as she acted like I was a new customer, but doesn't surprise me with these people that work there. Not actual quality.... When I finally explained, ONCE AGAIN, why I was there, the witch at the drive thru asked another girl to see if she could find my order/receipt. That took another 15 minutes (at least) and I still am not entirely sure she actually found it. I have to add that the girl at the drive thru window kept obnoxiously saying "I don't remember them ordering two". Well, regardless if you remember or not, make it right. Grow up! You are getting paid to get the orders right! And if YOU make a mistake, own up to it and simply correct it! So needless to say, after all that time, they ended up charging me another $6.19 for another 20 piece chicken nugget... Wow... that was worth my time. All I can say is that McDonald's needs to hire some quality people. Starting incompetent, obnoxious, pinheads out at $15.00 per hour is...

CHANGE YOUR FRY OIL. PLEASE. 1. Victoria tells me hash browns don’t come with a number 8 value meal (after being caught trying to steal (pocket) my donation to the Ronald McDonald House) . 2. food is downright disgusting. So bad. Ive never said this about ANY McDonald’s food, with this chain, The fries, alone, taste like RANCID OIL! Every time . got double cheeseburgers last night about 9 pm, get home, chalk up the second time the bun is so stale &dry. Inedible, I taste a burnt taste, so I look and the pattys are BLACK CRUST on the outside. Not well done they were burnt to a crisp. All charcoal black, add the rock hard, dry stale bun, and bon appetit!!!!! The FOOD AT THIS LOCATION IS SO BAD) rAll of them, I’m not even picky. This McDonald’s is disgusting, even the fry oil tastes old, but one or twice, here and there, EVERY TIME. Gross. So I went to bed starving. After spending $23 on garbage food that I would even give a bite to my dogs. SURELY I CANNOT BE THE ONLY ONE THAT FEELS THIS WAY. It’s a block from my house, and I will never ever spend my money there again. I would like this franchise owner to patronize his own restaurant. Order the fries. Which tastes like moldy grease in a grease trap, and try the double. Cheeseburger, in fact. Bring the same food from either Erie Blvd or western lights(Onondaga Blvd) and taste both side by side. Then get to the root of why your food tastes this way.. never had stale bun at any McDonald’s I’ve went to. The past two times, my husband’s Big Mac bun was dry and stale, hard. The fries take honorable mention.,..….?The best McDonald’s food around Syracuse is by far the one on ERIE Blvd, and I don’t know why, it is always awesome, I don’t get it much, but when I’m on the Blvd and it’s been months since I’ve had it, I stop and it’s soooo...

Worst mcdonald's I've ever been to in over 30 years. Went to this dump on May 8 at 830pm. Ordered through the app for counter pickup. Tried to go inside to pickup food at 835pm and the doors were locked. Sign on door clearly states dining room hours are open until 900pm. Employees inside are waving everyone outside to go around the drive thru. So now waiting in the drive thru, the line did not move. Had to wait over 30 minutes. People on drive thru line can be seen leaving left and right. I would have left if it wasn't for the fact that I was already charged for my food. Finally got to the first window, and gave them order code. I was told order code was wrong because it was a counter pickup code. I tell them how am I suppose to pickup if doors are locked and someone inside is telling everyone outside to go around. The employee at the first window then tells me my food was thrown out because I didn't pickup. How am I suppose to pickup if doors were locked. I asked for a refund, was told, they can't do that. I asked for a receipt, was told they can't give me one. I asked for a manager, when manager shows up, I asked for a corporate number and was told there was no corporate number. How the hell this place is in business, no one knows. It wasn't until 905pm until I got my food. Food they claim they had to remake because it was my fault they locked the doors early. All I can say is avoid this place at all cost. Go an extra 50 miles if...
