Charlie Riedel's Fast Food — Restaurant in Town of Ontario

Charlie Riedel's Fast food reminds me of an old Arby's that's been turned into a family run fast food like restaurant. The facility is just like any normal fast food establishment but there's no drive thru and the focus is mainly on popular local comfort foods like Zweigle hot dogs, hamburgers and fries and big garbage plates. The food is good but the prices are a bit high but still affordable. The dining area is large with plenty of tables and booths for families to sit in. They have drink stations with Pepsi products and also a cappuccino machine. They like to hire kids still in high school so there seems to be employment opportunities for younger people available from time to time. I enjoyed our meal and my dining experience was good but there's nothing compelling me to come back for a second trip. I'm not trying to bad mouth a business but my dining experience was lackluster at best. 4...

Big disappointment with my cheeseburger, IT was paper THIN, THE BUN WAS HUGE,BURGER WAS OVER COOKED, VERY DRY .. THEY DO NOT DISCOUNT FOR SENIORS OR VETERANS. 🥺 LADIES BEHIND THE COUNTER WERE EXTREMELY LOUD & CHATTY! WE WERE ONLY ONES IN RESTAURANT AT 4:35 PM. NO CUSTOMERS. Have gone to this Charlie's for years and it always been amazing.Last year the quality started slipping. Hadn't gone for like a year. We went last weekend and it was not worth it at all. I understand prices have been raised everywhere but to raise the price while decreasing amount and quality is just wrong. My burger looked like it was a kids burger flattened out more. The burger used to hang over the side, nope not any more. My burger was also burnt and cold. I came with a group. I ordered first and got my food last. I asked an employee if this was the adult burger because it was small and burnt and she just kind looked confused and walked away. Save your money and a trip and go to...
