Lou Lou's Custard Delight — Restaurant in Town of Orchard Park

Everything thing is good there so when the young gals mess up the order it's not even close to a deal breaker. I thought it was funny though, my wife and I ordered ice cream I said "to go" for mine but my wife didn’t. so they only did mine "to go". Which I think if the only two customers who came together and the first says to go, they should both be "to go." Also my wife asked for cappuccino/chocolate w fudge and they just did vanilla choc/twist w fudge (it's good but not what we ordered). However, it would be unfair if i only said something negative, so one time I went there and got my usual PB Sundae thing (large) and a young man working there made it huge bc he was a boss. Greatest thing ever. Love it, I'd give it 5 stars custard-wise but like the last 3 times (I live real close) I've ordered from there there were two younger gal employees and when I had said what I wanted they were hella confused like i was speaking martian. Oh well, just go. Totally worth it and good so go if in the area swing by, but just be very specific and double check your order...

When I was a child, I went to "Custard Lite", the former business frequently, as it was around the corner from my house. Even when I was a child the building did not have proper maintenance done to the exterior and the interior was aged. I remember it being one of the last cash only businesses around.

The new owners completely renovated the existing structure. I can tell by the thoughtfulness of the layout and colors that the new owners aimed to impress, and the high standards extend even to the inside. New machines, brighter lighting, and well placed outdoor lighting for patrons made the experience a great deal better than the old business. Looks incredibly clean and sanitary. Big pluses: they take cards with the ability to tip as well, and they have at least one vegan option in the form of a Dole Whip. Very friendly, accommodating staff.

I'm very much looking forward to coming back, it replaced Route 20 on my radar as my new local ice cream stand.

Very happy this place is now open all year long. The desserts have been delicious! We habe ordered thanksgiving desserts, buckeyes, dugar cookies and ice cream, plus more.

One of my favorites is the jars of caramel. We did prefer the vanilla caramel the first time we picked it up for Thanksgiving compared to the second time I went in for extra jars a week or so ago. Not sure what changed but we still like it and I would get it again but I'd love it more if it tasted like the first batch haha.

I've never had a buckeye before but we are addicted. They are delicious and a good size for a small dessert!
