I just wanted to post my recent Outstanding experience @ the View located in the Finger Lakes region of scenic Tully, NY. The service was out of this world as well as the brand new accommodations. Any questions I had were immediately answered directly by the Owner himself/Mike and his lovely Wife Rose. The event staff were amazing- everybody gladly serving delicious Pub food & drinks with a super friendly smile & an outstanding courteous customer service 😀. The fantastic combination of beautiful breath-taking scenery, 9 hole Executive Golf ⛳️ course and delicious food with one ☝️ of the BEST New England Clam Chowders I ever had has convinced me to spend an entire week next year God’s willing- at this incredible Resort. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. We had my daughter's wedding at the view event center. The staff was rude to say the least. The owner was aggressive and also rude. They overcharged for the food and then there was not enough food for the 160 people we paid for. The $250 a night cabins had no WiFi and no towels. The rehearsal dinner consisted of 3 sheet pizzas, 200 wings, salad and soda for the price of $1067!!!! We paid for chicken fingers, hot dogs and fries to be on the wedding buffet for 22 children and they never brought them out They had no food for the kids. The wedding cake was not out for the reception until I asked for it. There is so much more to tell. Rude, unprofessional and unorganized staff! The event coordinator didn't attend the day of the wedding so no direction whatsoever. Please reconsider when planning your special day. Ours was...

The owner of the restaurant, who is clearly not knowledgeable about ADA laws, denied my disabled veteran friend’s dog entry into the restaurant. I would like to think it was just the dog, but judging by the flags outside and his actions towards other customers that don’t look like us, I think it was more. We are very well versed on the law and this establishment broke those laws. He also said to me, while telling me we had to sit outside, “it’s ok it’s nice out.” We were camping and wanted air conditioning. Further actions will be taken on this matter because when they go low, I go hiiiigh! P.s. we still ordered food, against my better judgment. Service from Sierra was amazing.
