Unfortunately, I’m forced to leave at least one star in order to post this review. Ignore it. I paid $12 for a dozen donuts and got nothing. I ordered a dozen of these overpriced donuts on the mobile app. When I went to pick them up, ID and email receipt in hand, I was told someone else had come in, claimed it was their order, picked out the donuts they wanted, and left. There were no other mobile orders but mine so this wasn’t an innocent mistake. I was offered other donuts, but they were out of almost everything. When I asked for my money back, the money that they charged to my bank account for a complete stranger, I was told they are unable to do that, but if I used the contact information on the mobile app, my money would be refunded. I went home and tried to submit my receipts to dunkin, along with what had happened. I received an email two days later apologizing for the inconvenience, and was told I would receive 100 points in my app as compensation for the $12 that was stolen from me. 100 points does not equal $12, nor does it buy even one donut. On top of that, I never even received those 100 points, but it didn’t matter as I won’t ever need them. I was hesitant to even buy these donuts to begin with as most of the time they are stale, and out of stock on any decent donuts, but this time I’ve really learned my lesson. No more Dunkin for me. As for the man's review below , we charge 25¢ for the tap water , BECAUSE people were becoming GREEDY and getting 6 LARGE tap waters which costs the owner money for the cup and the lid. He doesn't care about the water or the ice. Now think of 10-20 people doing that DAILY. And as for the iced tea , it is not kept cold because of it's brewing process, and if we kept it cold and over ice it water your iced tea down , so if you want more ice just ask for extra ice in your tea :) We do our best to achieve customer excellence and happiness. And for the long drive thru lines , don't always blame us , as normally were backed up because someone in your line ordered $30-40 worth of food and drinks and we are working as fast as we can, we aren't robots :) We hope your next visit is a good one ! Read moreI used the app to place an order for a Frozen coffee and 9 donuts. When I pulled up into the drive thru, they gave me my coffee and 8 donuts, and then proceeded to argue with me about whether I ordered 8 or 9 donuts. They didn't believe me about the fact that I had ordered 9 donuts and we had to open up the box of 6 donuts and the bag of 2 donuts. When they handed me the receipt, I could see that 9 donuts were clearly listed on the receipt. I showed them my receipt on my phone and they very rudely shoved another donut at me in a smushed bag. I then realized I had no straw, but they had walked away and closed the window so I wasn't able to get their attention. They were extremely rude and unprofessional and need to learn how to read a receipt.
If I could leave a 0 star review, I would.
