We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful or special place to celebrate our wedding than Waterman’s! From the moment we walked in, we fell in love with the rustic barn charm, cozy atmosphere, and the warmth that radiates through every corner of this space. It’s not your typical “venue” it’s a locally owned cafe and tasting barn that feels both elegant and down to earth, with so much character and heart to offer.

The owners, Amy & Bill, are absolutely incredible. You can tell they pour their hearts into everything they do here! From the delicious food to the thoughtful touches that make the place feel so inviting. They went above and beyond to make our wedding seamless and stress free, and we felt genuinely cared for every step of the way. Amy was constantly in touch with me and was incredibly attentive to detail. She was truly so caring and sweet.

Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how unique and beautiful the setting was from the twinkle lights and wood beams to the open, airy feel that perfectly blended rustic charm with a modern twist. It’s such a versatile space too they host brunches, trivia nights, and private events, and you can feel the love and community energy that surrounds it.

We had our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding at Waterman’s and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The owners Amy and Bill are just the sweetest and truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was just right. From the planning stages to the big day, they were incredibly helpful, organized, and genuinely cared about making the wedding special.

The venue itself is adorable — rustic yet elegant, with such a warm, inviting atmosphere. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how great everything was and how delicious and fun the drinks were, they loved the drinks served in the mason jars! They made sure everything ran smoothly, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Waterman’s for making the day unforgettable. If you’re looking for the perfect cozy or intimate wedding venue with amazing service and a one-of-a-kind charm, this is it! Would also be the perfect location for a birthday party, graduation celebration , baby or wedding shower or even a retirement party.

My Fiancé and I had our engagement party here and it couldn’t have been more perfect! We grew up in Vestal, but now we live 2+ hours away, so when planning our party to see 50 of our close friends and family again, we wanted some place that felt like “home”. Waterman turned out even better than we imagined! With the “607” on the bar and stage, along with all the cute decor that said “family” or “friends”, it just felt right. Especially starting the party with a drink called the “434”! Amy and Bill were so helpful and accommodating throughout every planning process, and Jaimie was such a fabulous bartender the whole evening.
