The CLUBHOUSE at SADDLE RIDGE" — Restaurant in Town of Pacific

It wasn't busy on arrival at 5pm (holiday weekend). The restaurant/bar itself was fine, it was clean, as was the ladies room. Nothing special.

Met friends for dinner and we were seated and served our first drinks right away. Waited about 30 minutes before server came back to check drinks and take food order. The whole party originally wanted Prime Rib. They did not have prime rib, which was supposedly their Saturday special. She did NOT say they ran out, just that they didn't have it. Ordered food and got another drink. Waited another 45 minutes, no food or drink refills. Again, IT WAS NOT BUSY AT ALL. There was no bread basket, no appetizer offered, no apology or reason given for extremely poor service. Asked about our food and she said she'd check. She didn't come back. Not even kidding, we waited another 30 minutes and our food was brought out by kitchen staff.

New York strip ordered medium rare was medium well. A burger was completely burned on one side. All meal sides were bland and tasteless. Portion sizes were unusually small. Server showed up again after we flagged her down to get the check. Almost $200 for the worst meal I've had in years with equally poor service.

Will not return and will encourage...

Did not know their own menu, ended up being out of half the things I order and called me as we were leaving to pick up the food that they didn’t have them. Did not tell me about my main course being unavailable just completely changed my order. I ordered the pulled pork pasta, they gave me the brisket sandwich instead of saying we don’t have the pasta. The rendevous burger we order was in no way close to being done, but the pizza was fantastic. When we called to discuss the pasta/sandwich mix up THE OWNER was extremely rude on the phone both times we called. Just overall disappointed and will be going anywhere else, we just wanted to try it for the first time due to living in Saddle Ridge. They also told us they couldn’t deliver but when we called about the mix up the owner said to call back in 5 min because she had to make a delivery. First time visiting this establishment with my wife!

We had no reservation & they had a $10 cover charge due to the band starting at 7pm.

Since we were just there to eat & run, they waived our cover charge. ❤️

They had a few hiccups but were extremely fast to address the issues.

My wife had broasted chicken & I had the shaved prime rib sandwich.

The food was absolutely phenomenal!
