2000 Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Pamelia

At first I ordered from there a lot the one time they forgot an item I called to say something to me and the women on the phone was rude, yelling at me, and arguing with me about my food. I was so upset but I figured maybe it was a bad day oh no it was not the case it is all around the service they are not very personable they do not care about their customer's satisfaction at all I just ordered a coupe days ago and they screwed my food up and gave me the wrong thing I asked for rice they gave me lomein. I called and was very nice about it and told them they had made a mistake and oh my the lady got so rude with me about it and told me after 10 minutes of aruging with me that she will replace it. She then called me back and told me that I can't get my food unless I pick it up I couldn't go get it that is why I had it delivered. I payed for my food that they screwed up on and the lady was just horrible so I asked to speak with the guy there and he gave me my correct order and told me I could have a credit for next time well no that isn't happening either I just called and the lady flipped out on me and told me I was stupid!!!!!!!!! So I will never ever again order from there and I will never refer someone to that place either it is just awful. I hope your order is correct if not omg...

We ordered delivery from a local hotel in Calcium. After an hour and a half, we called to check on the status of our food and were assured that it was on it's way. 30 min's later, still no food. We made a second call to the restaurant and they indicated they would call the driver. Within minutes, the delivery guy was at our door.

The driver had no idea why the food took two hours to arrive and indicated he was just notified to send it out. Bill was $23 and change. I handed him $30 and he asked if I wanted any change. I did indeed but he wasn't exactly equipped with anything but what he had in his personal wallet. Luckily he had $6 on him.

The order was, of course, missing two pork egg rolls so, a third call went out to the restaurant with assurances that they would get them right out to us. The good news is that the delivery guy was back within 5 min. The bad news is that they sent spring rolls instead of what was ordered.

Overall, the food was very disappointing as well. Very bland and not made to our requests for extra spicy. The chicken in the Chicken Fried Rice was very fatty or processed and the Sweet and Sour Chicken was tough/rubbery.

I would not recommend this establishment. Maybe a bad day for them but there were just too may problems for me to...

Chinese China 2000 in Watertown, NY, left a lot to be desired. The ambiance was lacking, with outdated decor and uncomfortable seating arrangements. The staff seemed indifferent and inattentive, making for a disappointing dining experience.

The food was a major letdown. Not only was it unappetizing in appearance, but it lacked flavor and freshness. It tasted as if it had been sitting out for far too long, leaving us questioning its quality and safety. The menu boasted a variety of dishes, but none lived up to expectations.

To add insult to injury, the prices were unjustifiably high for the subpar quality offered. It felt like a complete rip-off considering the dismal quality of both the food and service.

Overall, Chinese China 2000 failed to meet even the most basic standards of a decent dining establishment. I would not recommend wasting your time or money here when there are plenty of better options available...
