This place I give 2 stars because unfortunately the food was great BUT these people made us feel like we were gonna leave w/out paying. Watched us like a hawk. If we got up to use the restroom they made sure someone would watch where we went. I went to the counter to look at the dessert display and asked the girl at the counter what flavor were certain desserts were and when I picked one and asked them to put it on my tab and older lady said “make sure that gets charged to her table” as I’m still standing there. RUDE! Then after my family ate some of the dessert I dashed to the counter to pay and again the same older lady told the girl cashing me out “did that crumb cake go in her tab?” 😖 while waiting for the receipt to sign for my bill I had my cash out for tip, wrote the total of the bill, wrote cash then signed I decided to put the tip in the jar on the counter, which was a mistake, I should’ve left it on the table. Which quite frankly TIP is a courtesy for how well service was not required BUT I am always a good tipper. We left and started getting in the car an older man came walking out and asked my daughter(21yrs) “was the service not good?” She didn’t understand why he was asking that and I got out of the car and asked him “I’m sorry is there a problem?” My daughter told me what he asked and I said “I don’t understand what’s the problem.” He showed me the receipt I signed and said “you didn’t leave tip” I respond “what are you talking about I left tip in the jar in the counter. I left a $10 and a $5” he then said “oh you did?” I said YES! And he walked back in This is the worse and most embarrassing thing that has ever happened to me and although NY is not home I will tell all my friends and family that go to visit upstate NY NEVER TO COME HERE. The older man and lady were rude and made us feel like they were prejudice against us. All together I dropped close to $100 at this place for only 5people I would think you should treat visitors with more courtesy in this rural area that should receive tourists kindly. NEVER AGAIN!!!!...

I’m very disappointed with my recent catering experience. The ordering process with Patty was very professional and I was left with a good impression. What I later learned is that they deliver and delivery wasn’t offered to me when I ordered. I was hosting a party with almost 30 people, so knowing I would have to leave to pick up food, it would’ve been considerate to offer delivery. One of my guests knew they deliver so she insisted I call them and ask for delivery. When I did, I was challenged with, “well, did you request delivery?”

I went over the menu many times over two days and never forgot to remind her that we are vegetarian every time she repeated the order to me. We still got Mac n’cheese and penne ala vodka with meat in them. That’s close to $50 wasted.

The vegetable lasagna was really dense with lasagna layers. Some layers were separated by up to 4 strips of lasagna noodle.

I also requested a block of butter for the full tray of bread we ordered and it wasn’t delivered. I didn’t have butter on hand so we had dry rolls with our dinner.

On a good note, the eggplant rollatini and broccoli with garlic and...

The first time My husband and I went to this place for pizza, we loved it!

My husband went for lunch to grab slices while on the road and after eating his first slice, realized that there was something wrong. He found fly eggs on his pizza. My husband has worked for an Italian restaurant for 15 years. He went back and spoke to a kid who was at the counter, not looking for a refund or a new slice but to alert them that there was an issue to be taken care of. The kid went back behind the counter and spoke with the pizza guy and told him what was wrong and he totally dismissed him saying that it was cheese! And then throwing another slice in the oven for my husband. My husband did not want to make a scene and responded “that’s not cheese” and the pizza guy kept saying it was cheese so my husband walked out. I’m hoping no one got sick and they threw out the contaminated pizza. Maybe they should listen to a customer who’s trying to help and not make a scene for the other customers. But you can all be the judge of the so...

The prices certainly continue to go up and up, here (but certainly not only here). $90 for two large pies, 2 salads and some buffalo wings in a small town pizza joint... sad times. While the pizza is still the best in town, I'm disappointed at the other shortcuts that certainly aren't very "small town" vibe. The buffalo wings were fine, and are supposed to include dressing, celery and carrots. Well, I guess there were 2 celery sticks and 2 carrots. Pretty lame. No napkins or plates or plastic forks included at pickup... had to go back in to ask for some paper plates. Counter guy asked how many I needed. 2 pies... so I asked for 8. He pulled out a pile of the cheapest paper plates and, i kid you not, painstakingly counted out exactly 8 for me. Probably saved half a cent with that stinginess, and in turn lost hundreds in my future business. Stop raising the prices while also doing the bare minimum. Sad a small town pizza joint has resorted to this. Times must be tougher than I imagine.

My brother and my favorite sister in law took my wife and I out to a nice Italian restaurant in Patterson. A typical Italian spot, the kind I remembered when I lived in New York. Oh how I miss the eateries in the north east. Anyway, we were assisted by a seasoned server who allowed us as much time as possible. Italian fresh bread 🍞 landed on the table and we began our journey to authenticity. We started with meatballs and chicken wings. Yummy to the tummy. Oh, the ladies had their glasses of wine 🍷 while the bro did beer and I am Old Fashion. Very pleased with everything up to this point. Then out came the large half Margarita and half pesto pizza 🍕. We just tore it up! When you think you've had enough, you'll always find room for delicious food, especially New York style pizza. Yep, a 5🌟 performance for sure. Make it happen, you'll be glad you did 😉
