I tried to cater ice cream for my sons birthday, after many calls and voice mails no one ever returned my calls. But I also made it an every other day thing to take the family out for ice cream and support this local businesses in the area until I went in one night and ordered 3 cones and 2 shakes. The owner looked bothered that I was ordering so much. Then huffed and puffed when I asked him a question. I completely ignored his nasty unprofessionalism and decided to just pay. After spending about 40 dollars, he goes on to help the following customer and doesn’t offer me a tray or cup holder. Politely I asked for one and he just threw it on the counter. We live down the street from Uncle Louie G italian ice and ice cream. We usually go once or 2 a year bc of the convenience factor. Today I was super upset. We brought my son and his best friend to get ice cream. We just bought the ice cream and my sons friend went to adjust him self of the stool and he knocked his ice cream on the floor. He only took one bite. My husband was like can we get another. The girl got off her phone and made another Sunday. She charged us full price for another Sunday. He is a kid and accidents happen. This place is already over charging for their product and they couldn't even replace it. Very disappointed and this will be my last visit. I will continue to make a trip to Double Twister in Danbury. The ice cream is the perfect amount of creamy. Their flavors are unique and all delicious! I came in with a big party and they were very attentive. We are from out ouf town and they were very accomadating to letting us sample pretty much every flavor. They were all so nice, sweet and helpful! I higly reccomend this palor.
