Sprinkles Creamery — Restaurant in Town of Pembroke

We come here right after Darien lake most weeks. It's not super consistent but it's good. They have an item called a sunshake, its a milkshake with a small sundae on top. I like the idea of this but the shake portion was like drinking flavored milk. I ordered it a second time and asked for the shake portion to be thicker and explained why. I received exactly the same liquidy shake as I did the first time. I asked an employee why it was so thin even though I asked for it to be thicker. The reply I got was, "this is how we make it". The employee wasn't rude , but just not receptive to my displeasure in the quality of the shake. I personally think shakes that are thin are gross. They give you a super wide straw which is perfect for thick shakes not for thin ones. I was unhappy with the shake and asked them to remake it and explained that I asked for it to be thicker. I believe the next person I dealt with next was the owner. She remade my shake and it was exactly what I wanted it to be. I have also ordered the banana split and was somewhat disappointed by the tiny size of each ice cream portion. I really didn't need them to be giant , but just a little bigger considering the price. Also sometimes they don't give you a full banana cut in half due to bruising on portions and end up with like 3/4 of the banana. Other times they have given me the banana with bruised portions. I know that the bananas are still edible when they are brown and soft, but it just disgusts me when I see it under the sauce and it's all bruised up. I would prefer them to slice a new banana and make sure I get the full sliced banana equivalent consistently. They have a decent amount of options and relatively...

Great Perry's hard ice cream and flavorful Upstate Milk soft serve. They offer a variety of creations for sundaes, toppings and cone types. However, they also support that rare and elusive Chocolate Dip (and cherry flavor also) on their soft serve cones! The soft serve is great feels like clouds on my tongue! Both chocolate or vanilla are great soft serve. The hard ice cream is amazing the different flavors are excellent and I’m so happy with what I got I recommend northern lights. It’s a sour sweet mix of flavors.
