Really bad interaction this morning. I have one store saved on my phone and it's specifically this location. I always get the same thing so it's the same thing on my history and I just add to the bag. Double egg and bacon on a croissant. Always 13.95 with my medium ice cap. It felt a little light but I always feel bad checking it in front of the workers so I pull up and quickly check. I just had the bacon and no egg so I immediately pulled back in and reordered the sammy and was waiting patiently. When I got to the window the cashier was very sweet and spoke with I'm assuming the female manager about my order being wrong. Instead of apologizing and making it over I was interrogated. "Was this the right location? How long ago was it? Can I see the order number, I can't actually bring that up again so pull up the order history and show me where it says you added extra egg." Very calmly (Because I understand bad days and the stress of working in a fast pace environment) I calmly answered all her questions. "This location, it's the only one saved on my phone, I literally just picked the order up, saw it was wrong and turned right back into the driveway to get the correct order." (I lean back to show her the untouched ice cap in my holder and the bag and sandwich without the egg). I gave the order number, my name when she came to the register and didn't see anything or at that point she said she cannot pull the old order up. She then leaned towards the order window to ask me to pull up the order where it says I added extra egg (even though I didn't have the first egg to begin with). I turned on my mobile data and brought the order up. She reads for 10 seconds and then she gives me attitude and a glare as she asks if I have the old order. I shortly said "yes" and handed back the bag (I was short only because her attitude was starting to affect me after I've been sitting there 5 minutes patiently answering all her questions. Read moreI’ve stopped by this location several times, but have had unpleasant experiences lately, so this will be my last. The location is convenient, since it’s off I90, but the staff is not very pleasant and their latte machine evidently breaks down quite often. I ordered a latte on mobile app and was told the machine was broken when I got there 10 minutes later. This happened the last time I was there, except I didn’t order on mobile app so no refund was needed. However this time, I prepaid on the mobile app. It’s a huge inconvenience to be told that the only way you can get a refund is to contact customer service, and it’s certainly not customer centric at all. Read moreWe stopped and ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and coffee beverages. The egg was still cold in one sandwich and the crew member was very rude. I was trying to make room for our drinks and dumped a cup of melted ice out while waiting for our purchase at the drive thru window. The next thing I know I'm getting my head tore off by an employee. Instead of politely informing me that I'm not suppose to dump anything out of my vehicle she screams it at me all nasty and rude like. There's no signs stating anything about dumping anything out.
