Tuggers Grill Bar & Campground — Restaurant in Town of Pinckney

We went to this place with a fellow group of riders. We called 3 days in advance as well as the morning of to tell them we would have 21 people in our group. When we arrived 10 minutes early we were able to sit right down. Our tables had no silverware, no water, no napkins. NOTHING. One of the guys had to get us silverware and napkins. After sitting for about 20 minutes the same guy in our group got us some plastic cups and water. We had been on bikes for almost 2 hours and were quite thirsty. When someone (the bartender) finally came to take our order it took forever. Things were so screwed up. Our food all came out at different times. By the time the last table got their food half of the others were already done. Tickets got screwed up. The food was mediocre at best. The girl kept telling us how short handed they were. That’s why we called 3 days in advance to let them know how many people. It was a nightmare. Never would recommend this...

My dad and I along with a bunch of his friends came here for dinner Saturday after the SNIRT run. It took a little bit for our waitress to come over. When she finally came over she was absolutely miserable, she complained that she had to work a double every day. She had no smile on her face what so ever! As one of the girls went to tell her that we'll need different checks, the waitress kept cutting her off and saying I just want your drink order right now. We then ordered after she came back. We all got burgers and fries. Most of us ordered medium and two of them came out rare. We needed more ketchup and tried to get the waitresses attention but she was too busy flirting with a table of guys right next to us so we had to get it ourself! Even though we had bad service, the food was fantastic! I understand that Saturday was an extremely busy day but if you want a good tip or even a tip at all, don't be miserable and rude and keep a smile on your face and...

I normally am super lenient when it comes to restaurants/bars because i completely understand how it can be however when we sat down at the bar we said we would be getting drinks and food the bartender only took our drink order one at a time (there was 3 of us) we waited 30 minutes before i asked if we could place a food order she said yes and then didn’t come back to take our food order until my friend tried to ask one of the cooks for our food then the cook talked to the bartender who finally came over to take our order we didn’t complain to her once and were still very patient. We did talk to a few other people who were also displeased not being able to get in there food order for a very long time.
